  Do not go to Chatteris trio vets unless you want to get treated nastily. The man on the phone was shouting at me when I was suffering a mental health crisis warning he was recording when I asked if he could send this to me because I did nothing wrong at all I was upset so I was glad he recorded to be honest would love to hear the recording back. Also took my rabbits when I wasn’t in a right state of mind mentally I wasn’t thinking correctly and offered no support to me what so ever couldn’t wait to woosh me out the door. Really disgusting behaviour if I ever find myself lucky enough to own another pet I would never visit this place again.

  Staff fantastic . They vaccinated , microchipped etc our litter and we now have our girls spay booked in. From the get go they are friendly , welcoming and knowledgeable. I'm autistic and have ADHD and they put me at ease .

  When we registered our dog with Triovets we hoped they would help change our opinions of the industry. So far so good. The staff have been fantastic and genuinely seem to care. First visit was routine and gave us confidence. The second a minor emergency(to us anyway) resulted in a job well done and within days a happy dog and a full recovery. We have visited both branches now and the fact they are not attached to one of the big players and the treatment received would leave us to recommend you at least consider Triovets over others.

  Very happy every time I visit this vets. The reception team are thoughtful and caring as are the vets. They really care about our pets and are so kind and compassionate.

  Having been with these guys a number of years they have gone down hill so moving my dogs elsewhere, it’s all about making money now where as they used to be very pet and owner focused, pushing to operate when they don’t need to, not helpful with making savings, pushing to sell their own product and not helpful written prescriptions. Staff on front desk are not that helpful and quite rude.

  Absolutely incredible staff, very respectful and emotionally intelligent. Our boy is now enjoying heaven and the respect and comfort we received from staff has been exceptional. So grateful to know theres a vet clinic in we can trust and count on 🫶🏼

  I can’t thank Razvan & Evie enough for looking after my Matilda, she was truly looked after and I had regular updates throughout the day, I initially called Xmas eve out of hours and the vet arrived to the surgery faster than I could of ever asked for, thank you again x

  First visit to the March practice and was so impressed. From the initial registration call to reception (Tiggey and then Amy) to the actual consultation with Adrian, everything was first class! A very warm welcome and a very thorough examination,where different solutions were discussed and no pressure to come to a snap decision there and then. Just helpful advice. So nice to find a veterinary practice where animals are put before profits, thank you all,you make a great team.
