Marcello, Manuela & staff so good with our Labs multiple ongoing issues. Unlimited patience with a soft natured but excitable big boy. Wonderful service. Wouldnt take him to any other vet. Top marks to Amical

I took my very nervous cat on Thursday with a suspicious lump under his jaw, thinking the worst I was very upset. The vet talk through all the possibilities from best to worst. Starting with an abscess he asked if I would like to be there whilst inserting a needle to see if it was filled with pus. Darwin would have been very upset if he’d been taken away from me, so it was wonderful that I was able to stay & to comfort him as the procedure was carried out. The vet was wonderful I have no complaints. As for parking I wasn’t even aware there was any, I park on the main road & walk if the spaces out the front are occupied.

Rushed our baby and turned up at 8am . No appt , just walked in. Reception staff were amazing. Marcello came straight out and took us in. Baby has now had major surgery so fingers crossed the swift responce from all involved will save her.

The staff are so friendly. They take the time to explain things. They never rush you. My dog loves going there, for all the fuss he gets. Nothing is to much trouble.

Thank you Amical team for making Goose better. Poor boy was feeling poorly during the night, receptionist Hannah was very supportive and booked an early appoitment for Goose. Vet Manuela was amazing and Goose got on really well with her. Super treatment! Cannot thank you enough!

** when reading the reviews please remember they were recently taken over ** Since being taken over their service has become horrible. Parking lot is full of building contractors with little space for actual customers. I reported this twice and was told "we are not responsible for your driving". Even with insurance you are expected to pay for EVERYTHING yourself even if they are submitted insurance claims. This includes prescriptions that they don't tell you the cost of before picking up. Today I found out they called the police on me after I left and we agreed on a resolution. Guess they don't like people telling them they are wrong or posting bad reviews. Find a vets that doesn't treat you like a cash cow but instead cares for your pets. It's obviously not this one.
