I would just like to thank paddons for their immediate response when my cat logan had to go in with severe injuries and to the nurse who dealt with him (sorry I can't remember her name) for her caring and unhurried time she gave him and myself in such a difficult time I know he is now at rest and feel it was the right and kindest thing to do considering his age but thank you so much for making it a little less painful with your thoughtfulness and compassion thank you from mic charles

We have been with Paddons for years for all our dogs and have always received the best care. Kind, compassionate vets, nurses and reception staff who have cared for our boys from puppies to saying goodbye. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had an early appointment with Leo my dog. I was feeling very unwell when we arrived. The receptionists were able to ask the vet if I could be seen 10 minutes earlier. The receptionists were so kind to me and fetched me some water. I went in with Leo to see the vet, she was equally kind and lovely with Leo. I have been going to Paddons for some years now and have always found all of the staff very kind and supportive. Thankyou so much to you all.

My dog loves going to see the vet. He likes to interact with the staff and they are always pleased to see him no matter what procedure he is having- yesterday it was annual booster and kennel cough! Good team in Reception.

Vaccination & treatments for one of my rescue cats - good. The Cats and Dogs part is partially separate, but in the same area. Lots of large smelly dogs with owners who are unable to control them, so dogs are up on windows and barking. The owners think it’s ok to say that the dogs are friendly! Not acceptable behaviour and control. As the surgery is small, no space in another room is possible. The parking availability is dreadful. The small car park is filled with staff cars. Old building. Would advise to relocate to a newer building with more space and parking.

The reception staff at Paddons are always really lovely and friendly. They're polite and happy to help with any advice you need. The vets and nurses are good with my little cat and very knowledgeable. I feel the staff are passionate about animals and I feel that my animals get the best care here.
