Brilliant vets. Luckily I've never had to have many dealings with the vets however my dog had a surgery performed and I was so greatful to the staff. As soon we we walked in we we're put at ease from the receptionists. Very chatty, upbeat, went way and above what they needed to do. One evern stayed past her finish time to help us sort something out. The nurses were all fantastic, happy, smiling, very informative, nothing is any trouble and feel able to ask questions and not feel silly. I trust their judgement entirely. Thank you for looking after Kairo 😊.

I honestly can’t thank the Wisbech team enough for how amazing they’ve been with my cat. The team have been so kind, patient, and genuinely caring every step of the way. They always take the time to explain things and make sure my cat feels as comfortable as possible. It means so much knowing my cat is in such safe hands. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 🐾

Title: Very disappointed with record accuracy I am very disappointed with my experience at Nene Veterinary Group. A mistake was made in my pet’s medical record regarding the date of the first symptoms. This date is important for my pet insurance claim, but when I asked the practice to correct the mistake, I was told they could not change the notes. I provided information showing the correct timeline, but the issue still has not been resolved. Accurate medical records are extremely important, and I expected better support from the practice.

Hazel an initial appointment which was extremely stressful and left me with some many unknowns. A further visit was so much better and had amazing support, followed by excellent aftercare. The vet that operated was fantastic. Don't always go off one experience as overall I would definitely recommend. 💯

We're so grateful to the Nene vet clinic team today. Our dog, Mia, had a very traumatic experience with pregnancy, sadly losing two puppies and ending up needing urgent surgery. The team was so professional and supportive throughout, explaining everything clearly, including post-operative care and medication. We are incredibly thankful a specially to Loredana Carani, Zoe Hill, Nikita and Liz for saving our girl. You are the best.

I'm writing to share my concerns about the care my cat received during our recent visit. Unfortunately, I felt that the veterinarian didn't seem to care about my pet and treated it like just a business transaction. It felt like she was more focused on the bill than on my cat's health. There was little warmth or compassion, which was disappointing. After the consultation, I had to ask what I should feed my cat and what I should do next, as I left feeling confused. The vet kept saying that my cat might vomit again after one day, which made me worried. I mentioned that I thought I might need to change her food since she is getting older, but the vet didn’t really respond to that. I decided to change her food anyway, and guess what? My cat stopped vomiting! I do want to mention that the receptionist was very friendly and professional, but sadly, the medical care was not what I expected. It's upsetting that such a crucial job does not always prioritise the well-being of animals. I've had a great vet in the past who truly cared for my pet, and I wish I could have received that same level of care at your clinic.

I can’t thank Laurie and the team enough for the amazing care towards my Daska, we have always came here and never been disappointed. This time especially as I was very worried, but they quickly found the problem and a solution and I was quick to see improvement which I am so so pleased and thankful for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a team who truly goes above and beyond!
