Nurture Vets - Wells

I've met wonderful people, very willing to provide all the information and very helpful advice. I chose to ask for their help after an acquaintance of mine received their support during the last year of his beloved dog's life, and he always spoke highly of them. They were also very helpful, as they offered to deliver the items I asked them to order for me. I highly recommend them! Thank you!

We have been with Nurture Vets (previously Westfield Vets) for over 25 years. They have always been caring, compassionate and highly professional in taking care of all our cats and dogs. The development of the vet hospital has been warmly welcomed and the hospital treatment / surgery two of our cats have had has been excellent. We are also very pleased that Charlie and his team remain independent.

Excellent service. Even pre-op my nervous dog was provided with the medication to have at home to avoid unnecessary stress. Was taken in with little wait time before procedure. Regular contact from the vets during the operation. Home after a few hours with good post op advice and future appointments booked to check recovery. Very happy with the care and attention given 😊

I had to take an unexpected visit to Nurture vets yesterday and had to unfortunately put my Dads dog down. Although this was a horrible situation, the lady vet was absolutely amazing, and made a not very nice experience into something slightly more bearable. She was so kind, considerate, and professional. I can’t remember her name, but again, she was amazing and reassured me that I was making the right decision. 1000% recommend

Amazing team who are passionate about animals and delivering great service! I have been using this practice for 2 years now and would never go anywhere else. The reception team are always so welcoming and accommodating, they really make you feel like they care. The nurses/vets are great and always provide such reassurance even when dealing with stressful situations. Would highly recommend!

Excellent vet in Wells. Beth is the kindest & most thoughtful person - so the vet we asked to help Charlie out of his old age pains. So sad but felt right timing with great support.

I have been using Nurture vets for 15 years now. I am always amazed and delighted with the care and dedication that all the staff give to giving the best treatment to my furry friends. I have been in the unfortunate position that my dogs have all needed extra help through illnesses and I can’t fault the staff who always go the extra mile to make sure they do everything possible to help them. I would like to say thank you but that hardly seems adequate for the support they have given me as well as my animals. I can thoroughly recommend Nurture vets and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
