From Monday to Friday, we open our doors at 8:30 am and close at 6:00 pm, except for Thursdays when we remain open until 7:00 pm. On Saturdays, we operate from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, although we remain closed on Sundays.
Our practice comprises a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about animals. We have a team of advanced practitioners, veterinary surgeons, and veterinary nurses who are equipped with extensive knowledge and experience to deal with a wide range of pet care needs. Our facilities provide a safe and calm environment for pets to relax and recuperate. We have ample space, including a car park for our clients, and our premises are designed with clients’ and pets’ security in mind. I WOULD NOT GO BACK NEW CUSTOMER PAYING PET CLUB . They charged me when it was part of the introduction to pet club. Moved from Bristol transferred from my Vets. They conducted a review of my dog nothing needed medication or anything as part of pet club. They then sent be a text to say pay £47.00 for consultation. I wasn’t informed I was informed it’s part of pet club. Another Vet overcharged for nothing. Worst veterinary I’ve ever visited I requested leadership to call they didn’t the receptionist didn’t bother informing them. I’m pissed off deceit & deception. WATCH OUT TRYING TO GET MONEY FOR NOTHING. Disgusted service.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

We’ve been very impressed with this vets practice for our new addition to the family. We received all puppy vaccinations here and also attended a puppy socialisation class, which was a great experience.The team’s knowledge and level of care are evident from the moment you arrive. Nothing has ever felt rushed they always dedicated plenty of time to us, saw us promptly, and handled everything with genuine care. Every step was explained in far more detail compared to other places we’ve been, which really put us all at ease. Highly recommended.

Completely outstanding practice. A rare and valuable find , genuinely care for the animals and their pet humans. Experience, knowledge, professionalism, empathy, couldn't fault a single thing about this group of amazing people ! Definitely not a part of a corporate facade. Genuinely care about patients centred approaches, including making animal care affordable. So glad to of found you !

We’ve been with Wells and Shepton Vets for a few years now, and I can’t speak highly enough of the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire team. From routine check-ups to more urgent concerns, they’ve always gone above and beyond to support both us and our pets. The vets, Nurses, and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They take the time to explain everything in a reassuring way, which makes a real difference. Most importantly, Millie loves coming in to see everyone. Thank you for everything you do!

When my little dog Buddy became very poorly and it seemed to be a mystery, as too what was pausing him to be in so much pain, the practice at shepton were so wonderful towards Buddy and myself, all the staff are so kind, calm and considerate. Unfortunately my little man couldn’t not be saved, but vets and nurses did everything they could to try to figure out buddies illness! They are not as expensive as corporate vets, all the way along they kept an eye on the bill. I highly recommend shepton vets. Thank you again Josh Greg and the nurses for cuddling him and nursing him when he was so poorly 🥰 and the whole staff. Xxx
