What an amazing independent vets! The whole practice has a wonderful approach to veterinary care, from the receptionists (special shout out to Jade & Harrison - my boy will miss his hugs), to care assistants, student nurses, nurses and vets each and everyone become like an extended family. They really show how much they care for your pet as if they were their own. There is a holistic approach, so when my retired greyhound was diagnosed with significant arthritis, it wasn't just about pain relief medication, they have a qualified acupuncturist and pain management knowledgeable vet Jacqueline and they offer laser treatments (we had the amazing student nurse Sam), my boy is now much more comfortable after his weekly sessions. Sadly, as we are moving out of the area we are having to leave this vet practice, Oh how I wish we could take them all with us! Thank you Cara for setting up this wonderfully amazing practice and for employing the most awesome team. I wish each & everyone of you all the very best for the future, we will be back to visit! Nurses are so lovely & caring towards my pussycat. He kept weeing as we travelled to the vets, but the nurses were there to clean him up & put a clean liner in his crate. Jacqueline (vet) was superb. Her knowlwdge was outstanding & researched his condition. He is on the mend. Everyone was aware that money was an issue so jacqueline made sure that she chose the cheapest formulation for his meds. I was recommended this vet practice by a friend who took her cat to see cara golden in portsmouth. Now cara has this practice in whiteley & i am so impressed with everyone. I have heard bad comments about other vets so am so pleased that whiteley vets take such good care of their clients ie the pets. Thank you whiteley vets. Highly recommend this practice.

Having moved my dogs to Whiteley and Warsash from Companion Care I have always been impressed with the care and service from everyone at Whiteley and Warsash Village Vets but never more so when they treated my dog for an emergency on the Thursday afternoon before Easter, follow up was arranged for the Saturday when the vet very efficiently treated him further prescribing and supplying some supportive symptom relief medication. They were so reassuring that although the condition was alarming and initially very debilitating he has every chance of recovering, even at 15.....five days later he is Indeed doing well and slowly improving. I am so thankful for their expertise and care,I know my dogs are in the best hands.

I was looking for an independent vet and Im so glad I chose Whiteley village vets. Max examined my new puppy thoroughly, but through play on the floor 🙂. The nurses and everyone were so lovely, all wanting a cuddle with the pup. I highly recommend this vet practice!

Whiteley Vets went, and continue, to go above and beyond for my senior cat Lola. I can’t thank them enough for their compassion, empathy and commitment to giving the best care to our fur babies. A special mention to Jacqueline who is such an amazing, knowledgeable and kind feline vet, Cara who performed Lola’s life saving surgery and the rest of the team at Whiteley Vets. Thank you all so much. 💚🐈

Couldn’t sing this vets praises enough. We moved our French Bull dogs to a more local vet. We instantly noticed how the vets, nurses and receptionist really love the animals. Our dog needed BOAS surgery and to get the ball rolling we had a very informative consultation with Cara (this woman knows her stuff) who explained everything that the surgery would entail. Fast forward to one week later, our dog was in for his surgery. The surgery was a success, post op check ups and care followed and overall the experience was carefully planned and thought about. The whole team, we’re so kind and lovely. We couldn’t recommend this vets enough. Thanks again guys.

We have been using Whiteley Village Vets for many years with our 6 Tonkinese cats. The newer cat facilities are wonderful, making visits as stress-free as possible. Cara has found like-minded vets and nurses who care deeply about animal health and welfare. We are never rushed and are always given sound, practical advice. During a recent stay, our eldest cat spent much of her time cuddled in the arms of the nurses, making her much happier (and probably saving their ears as we're sure she was shouting her head off constantly). Cara and her team are professional, highly skilled, kind, generous, thoughtful and extremely caring. We cannot thank them enough for talking such expert care of our wonderful cats, and by extension, us.

Poor experience,18 months on I still can't get over the lack of knowledge around my pets condition, the incorrect diagnosis and cold approach of the vets. Not given the chance to say goodbye and given 20 minutes to make the hardest decision ever, after having my pet for over 10 years.... I will never forget or forgive.
