Our 1st visit with our Kitten Mylo, we were very impressed with the cats only calm waiting room. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Mylo was very relaxed with Emma his lovely vet and after a full health check and 1st vaccine we returned home totally unscathed 😅 Wonderful experience for us all 😻

Came in for a second opinion and so glad we did. Sam is fabulous and very knowledgeable, so lovely to go to a practice where everyone is clearly very passionate about pets and doing the right thing. This practice is a bit of a distance from me with 7/8 vets closer, but I will be registering here after my experience today!

Love it here all staff are friendly welcoming. Very knowledgeable. Fantastic with nervous or aggressive animals. Honestly wouldn't trust anywhere else. They have my 100% trust

Absolutely amazing Vets, the young male vet who treated my friends new born puppies today could not have been more helpful and in comparison to any other vets I have been to was outstanding. Couldn’t fault him, also we wasn’t even registered with this practice and they took the call first thing and treated us like customers who have been with them for years. Definitely be taking our pets there in future. Thank you for today and I wish I’d taken the vets name to give a mention as he was brilliant. 🤩

Took my cat here today for the first time and I was so impressed. The cat clinic has a lovely calming feel to it and the vet Emma is lovely. My cat is very nervous but he was fine and relaxed. Emma took time to talk to us and make sure my cat was relaxed before giving him his jabs. Highly recommend.

Outstanding vets. The staff are the best including the people behind the desk. Thank you. Just been again this morning for my cats injections. Still the same great service and staff. It looks great now all the scaffolding has gone and there's more room on the car park.

What can I say?? Our dear beautiful boy called Bandit was taken to 387 vet’s for emergency surgery while on the care of my daughter when we were in Jamaica. He had a foreign body in his intestines that cause significant damage and the surgery was long. He passed on the table at the final hour which was simply traumatic and distressing for all the staff at 387 vets. I want to thank Carlos, Jennifer, Hamish, all the nurses and all the reception staff for trying their best to save his life and the kindness and compassion going over and above to call me in Jamaica and my daughter at home to deliver the devastating news. They arranged for his cremation and gave me the time we needed for a debrief of what happened on my return. When I tell people of my experience and the loss of Bandit they comment on what a wonderful practice 387 vets must be. The care Bandit received was second to none and I am at peace with the way he was cared for and loved in his final hours. Cannot thank you enough for helping us through such a horrible time

We had a very difficult decision on Wednesday last week, our elderly cat was very ill and near the end of his life, the kindest option was to have him put to sleep. I was absolutely devastated, but Sam the vet was lovely, I was in there for 2 hours, the kindness, advice, support he showed was outstanding. He was a brilliant vet and I would highly recommend this veterinary surgery. Two days later we received a wonderful card through the post. I cant thank sam and the team enough thank you
