Took our 2 whippets for their yearly vaccinations, they are quite nervous when we get there. The vet was so good with them, she just talks to them and calms down and before they know it injections done. She then told us about the monthly payment available which includes your dogs injections, and also worming and flea tablets. We went out to reception and Amy helped us sort that out which was great, we didn't have to pay for the injections as its included in the monthly scheme. Service was absolutely 10/10. Would recommend to anyone. Left feeling good knowing our dogs are sorted throughout the year. They send you a message when they are due for next worming and flee treatment too.

Since changing my Vets to this one. I have never looked back. Katie has done a splendid job with my dog. 99.9% cured my dog from his allergies within just a few weeks. I couldn't recommend this place and Katie enough.

I lost my beautiful Harley on the 20th February and apart from the shocking response I received from Simon on Reception (a strong email has been sent), today I went to collect her ashes. Simon handed her over like a takeaway gets passed over a counter. No compassion, no empathy, no sorry for your loss. It was a busy reception so I ‘expected’ to be taken into a side room at least , but no. I asked to speak to the 3 people vets/ nurses who know Harley but he just kept saying no. This man is a disgrace to the grieving customer…and has ZERO warmth at the saddest time of my life. He needs a job that doesn’t involve people or animals. Absolutely shocking.

Can’t speak highly enough of this vets! We have only visited twice since moving to Cannock, once with with our male german shepherd and a second time with our female german shepherd for her spay, Both times we have felt completely comfortable with our dogs being in their care, the staff greeted us with smiles and were so patient with our nervous breed! Special shoutout to Katie and Poppie who were there at both of our visits, they were kind enough for us to bring Maya in before her spaying appointment to get used to them and also the room she would be in and helped us with making her feel super comfortable, They were so helpful and we can’t thank them enough for looking after our girl! We will definitely be returning! Photos below of Maya visiting and after her spaying🥹

Brought my kitten (Cosmo) to be vaccinated and spayed. I was delighted with the service for the following reasons: Quick turnaround in receiving responses via phone/WhatsApp, calendar availability, cleanliness, duty of care… along with sharing extensive knowledge. It’s nice to trust a vet practice with such competence. Most importantly Cosmo was calm throughout each procedure which gave me peace of mind in knowing she was in good hands. Exceptional service.
