Just wanted to take a moment to write how absolutely fantastic I think this vets is, from the lovely receptionists to the nurses to the fantastic vets. I’ve had such a great experience here since I registered 4 years ago with my Dog, they are so helpful and friendly and when you’re stressed and worried, will do everything they can to help settle you. I wanted to specially note Helen and Sally, Helen always remembers me and my Pop and asks how we are and recently my dog went through major surgery while we were away from home and when she recovered and I took her back to my vets for a check up Sally took the time to look over all her surgical notes and wrote me such a thorough email detailing what her views were of the concerns I’d had. She went above and beyond and I have absolute faith that my dog will always be in the best hands at this vets. Pierce is always super friendly too and very thorough in his examinations! I cannot fault them - highly, highly recommend.

Vets 4 Pets in Shelfield, Walsall have been amazing. Sally the vet and all the staff have not only looked after my Milly but they’re genuinely caring and compassionate with everything. Unfortunately Milly passed away from cancer just after Christmas but they couldn’t do enough for her or me, thank you so much. I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice.

Came here with a new puppy and the service was excellent. Every vet we've spoken to has been helpful and friendly and you've never feel rushed. There's loads of really good advice and it's very clean inside. Would happily recommend this vet to anybody looking for a friendly service with lots of information and helpful advice.
