Consultation fee excessive no price given beforehand. Male vet was condescending & unhelpful. Gave us flea treatment for our cat to do ourselves & the bill was excessive for flea treatment I could have bought on line for half the price & 1 anti inflammatory injection. I originally booked for booster jabs which wasn't done. 10 minds £180. Why are there no price lists for all treatments. Will never use this vets again & definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone

After many years as a client, I will never return to this clinic. What happened yesterday should simply not be possible in a professional veterinary practice. When I booked the appointment, I clearly explained over the phone what my dog needed. I should have been told at that point that the vaccination could not be done. Instead, I was asked to come in, which now feels like the only purpose was to charge a consultation fee. The visit lasted around five minutes. My dog was not examined, no treatment or vaccination done, and I was simply told to go to another vet in Birmingham. Despite this, I was spoken to in a rude and condescending manner by the vet and stated that the £61 charge was for “his time”. To make matters worse, no receipt was provided. The health check that I need at another clinic in Birmingham costs £100, and only to be told this they have charge me more than half? Why your clinic couldn’t do it? Charging a significant fee for doing absolutely nothing, combined with poor communication and a lack of basic courtesy, is completely unacceptable. This experience was shocking and deeply disappointing, especially after being a loyal client for many years. I cannot recommend this clinic.

Don’t trust this vets!!! We took our Akita Maisey here for an operation which she came out of okay at 12. At 5 when we were due to pick her up we received a call to see she was bleeding out !!! They then wanted us to drive her to an out of hirs overs while she was bleeding out. No care. I insisted they stopped the bleed then I would take her. They never stopped the bleed and she died from a routine operation. She was a 8 year old healthy Akita before we trusted these vets. Shame on u !!!!

Our gsd was friends with white cross for 5 yrs they made visits very easy for him and looked after him for a few small procedures and finally at his last visit. Couldnt fault the service from everyone there. Also now with our new journey with our cockerpoo ruby look forward to our visits.
