We have used this veterinary centre for many years and have always found them to be kind and considerate when caring for my dogs. After this visit hopefully our newest member will respond to treatment and be fully fit in no time.

Pippa was so well behaved at her 6 monthly checkup, her vet was so gentle and patient with her approach and was very thorough. Great advise was given about her diet, followed by an email to help me understand what I needed to do moving forward with her. Overall a great friendly vetinary practice.

I just want to thank Lockwoods Willenhall for looking after Chewie so well for the last few years. He hated being messed with and they were the only vets that managed to clip his claws, they had the patience of saints with him. Last night they put him to sleep and although we are devastated, I am so grateful with the way they handled everything. We were given time and privacy, and he passed peacefully without feeling stressed or anxious, as that was my biggest worry for him. Would recommend these vets to anyone, worth every penny.

Fantastic team! Lovely reception, clean spacious with seating. Friendly welcoming and empathetic listeners regarding our little love creatures. They are there to treat our animals and are so supportive to us as owners providing diagnosis, treatments and also costs estimates upfront with options available. I came in with Remy(our chaos potato rat) he's classed as exotic, he was fully respected and given the same care and attention as a dog, cat, his medication was looked up and dosing worked out. Remy is fully recovered from a sprained foot and doing everything he enjoys. Fully recommend for animals and their owners! Aftercare advice given in case of possible reoccurrence. Thank you all again for your kindness and help. Remy and family. ☺️

Never changed a review so quick , disgusting the way staff speak to customers , judgmental and will tell u if your struggling this month fot money that u shouldn’t have dogs or be allowed them , disgusting the way I was treated To add the fear that my dog was poisoned and seemed like all I was there was for an argument with untrained and unprofessional vets Just to add yes I swore at your staff 😂😂 after they decided to tell me if I struggle to afford vet care I shouldn’t have my dogs. People go through hard moments in life and it isn’t your job to judge people on money , u are vets lol not financial advisors , I will swear all I like to people if they are going to try an abuse me , I won’t waste my time with emailing , as u don’t record phone calls , nor have audio with your cctv so anything I say is my word again your corrupt staff team , maybe look into who u have working on your front desk before crying about people swearing , they sit there rolling there eyes at customers and tryna to laugh of serious complaints !!! How about if your an owner why don’t you ring me and we discuss it further ??

Took my cat to get neutered today and Jade was absolutely fantastic, kind and made me feel at ease for my cats appointment. On my intial visit, I felt a little judged since my cat was pregnant but Jade, she changed my perspective on this practice!

The staff at Lockwood are brilliant at what they do. They go the extra mile for every patient they see and the care they provide is second to none. The care and compassion they showed me the night I lost my cat was VERY MUCH appreciated in the moment and still now. Could 100% recommend them to anyone.

There are 2 vets here that we have seen so far for our new kitten who are really good with him and patient with him. But there is 1 that seemed nervous an unsure. For this reason me an my partner only want to request the vets hes seen that we are happy with. We want to be confident that we are leaving our kitten in capable/ experienced hands. And 1 of the vets here doesnt seem very experienced.

I arrived at the vet 6 minutes late for a health check appointment that was scheduled to last around 45 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told we were 10 minutes late and that the vet had other appointments—despite having been previously informed that ours was the final slot of the day. The staff member who greeted us was noticeably unfriendly from the outset. She later returned to say the vet was now seeing another patient and would no longer be available during the time originally allocated to us. I was told I’d need to rebook. This experience was a stark contrast to the consistently excellent service I’ve received in the past. The team has always been warm and professional, which makes today’s interaction all the more disappointing. Unfortunately, it was clear from the moment we walked in that this particular staff member wasn’t in the mood to help
