His professionalism and genuine care stand out in every interaction. It’s always in the small details like taking time with each case or explaining conditions and treatment options clearly. Dr. Ross always provides thoughtful advice, and considers the broader lifestyle and wellbeing of each animal rather than offering purely clinical solutions, which we really appreciate. We have faced some particularly difficult situations with one of our rabbits, and the level of care, attention, and determination to find the most appropriate course of treatment was exceptional. It never felt rushed or routine; instead, it was clear that he was fully invested in achieving the best possible outcome. We trust him completely with all of our pets and would highly recommend him.
