Hillman Vets - Brownhills

All members of the team are welcoming and helpful. They show, by their actions and words, that they care about our pets and us. That’s whether in person or on the phone. I always recommend them in the specialist breed groups that I belong to as well as other groups.

My dog was very anxious on my arrival to the surgery. The Vet came into the waiting room and sat to chat to me about Martha so Martha could get used to her voice. She sat down on the floor with Martha and let her sniff her stethoscope and the injection. Following a review of Martha the Vet then gave Martha her injection and she was absolutely fine. I was so grateful how the Vet had handled the situation . Thank you so much for reassuring Martha.

Kind caring and very friendly. Very patient with Bootsy who because of his age is like an irritable old man who doesn’t mind sharing his grumpiness. They also helped with giving advice on my very old cats end of life with leaflets etc.

I had a random cat in my house that was in a very bad condition…broken tail, ticks, a burst abscess on her paw and various sores. She was a very friendly little thing. The vet was great and gave me some charities to contact to help with fees…if she’s not claimed I’ll keep her. The vets made her comfy and kept her for a couple of nights to ensure her progress. Really appreciate them finding space for her in the diary and being very supportive.

The Vets is absolutely amazing. 2x safe our Chloe life, when she was very ill. The all staff are all the time very kindly and professional.

Our dog missy was very ill we had to have her put to sleep very sad time 😭 can't describe how amazing they was everything was done perfect can't thank Hillman's vets enough it was such a difficult time for us they was so professional and kind ,thank you again Zoe and Arthur prime xxx

My dog was seen by the male vet yesterday, at first Bailey wasn't too sure of him but he is a lovely man. Very caring and explained everything to me. Bailey was soon friends with him. As always delighted with the excellent service from Hillmans 😊

I have used local vets in my area, but Hillman in Brownhills is by far the best for me. I do have to travel, but the vet and staff are lovely and always make me feel welcome on arrival. They are just so kind and gentle with our pets, I always feel at ease going there. I would highly recommend this practice. You are all a credit to Hillman's.
