We were treated very kindly by the receptionists and the vet. My dog was treated with confidence and was happy with the vet. The bill was eye watering, but I am used to vet prices in France which are rather cheaper. Overall a good experience

Bebe's 6 monthly checkup. The nurse was very thorough. Examined Bebe fully . Helpful and reassuring with suggestions and comments. We're so pleased Bebe is recovering from her major surgery to have both eyes removed, as you can see in the photo . .

My animal had taken a sudden turn and my vets is a 30 minutes drive so I drove to the nearest vets which was pool house vets and upon confirming pet was not registered here I was told in front of a load of customers I'd have to pay £400 pound just to get into the room to see the vets, I was then asked if I wanted my pet looked at or just go straight to next option of putting him to sleep!!. There was not a single part of understanding from this vets other than money whilst I stood with such a sick pet! I quickly left and drove the 30 minutes to shires vets and the level of compassion, care and understanding compared to pool house was something else and let's not talk about the price difference!. Never again would I step foot into this vets.

I recently went to Poole House which I have used for many years, However, the price for a written prescription is disgusting at £30.00!!!! how on earth can you charge this, then I had a ear spray for my dog which is a steroid, £60.00!! something needs to be done about these fees and as far as I can see no legal body is out there to protect the consumer!, disgraceful corporate behaviour!!

We were advised to take the stray we had been feeding there. They were very easy and helpful to deal with.

Warm and friendly staff, options of treatments available along with rough price guide, no pressure to make a choice there and then, would highly recommend, services are competitive with other local vets

Friendly and attentive both times we have been, gave good advice and treatment without leaving us with the feeling that they were in it for the money unlike some vets we've been to. Cooper liked her.

I have been a member of pool house a number of years now, I have a rabbit, cats, and now a puppy. With every pet I have taken, I have received an extremely warm welcome and exceptional service. Staff have gone above and beyond in the past. From the receptionist nurses and vets every single member of the team I have encountered has been professional, knowledgeable, and given excellent service. I can't recommend pool house highly enough. Thank you 😊
