This beautiful girl Ettie was another foster for us. We had cause to visit the vet to have a check on her eye. Oliver was so gentle with her & Ettie was very good. A thorough check was carried out, good advice given. We took Ettie to her new forever home last friday. To a lovely couple who already have a setter. Everyone at Warren House are such lovely caring people.

I came to see the vet after my dogs had a scuffle, I seen the new vet (apologies as I can’t remember his name) he was absolutely amazing! My dog is very nervous, he really was super patient and was so kind. Definitely in the right line of work. Went through everything in detail with me and put my mind at rest. Amazing service. I called at 8:30 and had an appt at 9:15, fantastic. The ladies on the phones and reception are always super kind and helpful too. Thank you all.

Ollie that saw our Frank & mitzie was so lovely and very thorough with his examination of them both. Especially Frank as we are dealing with a lot with his heart. Ollie gave us a lot more information that was helpful. He listen to us and we sorted Frank’s medication properly. The staff on the reception are always so friendly and helpful and put you at ease throughout the time your walk in and out. I would highly recommend as they really do care about your pets and to me that’s the most important thing apart.

Absolutely the best vets going , all the staff are first class friendly, from the moment we got their till the moment we left , my first visit was back in October when I had to take my 8 year old gsd boy who was poorly and sadly we had to lose him , the vets and the staff was so loving and. Helped me through this sad time with no rush , fast forward to now I took my new gsd for his second injection and everyone cooed over him and the staff offered us drinks whilst we waited and we was seen by a lovely vet also , I have 4 dogs in total and this is the only practice I would trust with them all from now on , I highly recommend them to everyone else to use, prices are so good compared to other vets and the welcome from start to finish is exceptional, I would give more stars if I could .

Back to the vets with a very poorly Beagle and at a time when we worry ourselves to death about what is wrong with our fur babies it comforting to be greeted and looked after by such a lovely team of people, nothing too much trouble and always empathetic and kind in every way, a shout out to Max the vet who is looking after Millie and hopefully we will have a positive outcome and treatment plan for our ever so slightly chubby but exceptionally loving Beagle - thank you to all the team for looking after us 🫶

Noone ever wants to need a vet but if you do Gary and the team are wonderful. They took their time to explain the procedure. Really understood Poppy and her needs and our wants for her. She was so well looked after and has come home happy 😊. Thanks so much.

Took our little mochi here for her operation. As soon as you walk in the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The Vets dealing with Mochi were so great in putting your mind at ease and knowing she was in safe hands. Now she’s running around like nothing happened 😻. Couldn’t recommend enough thank you all x

We have visited the vets twice recently. One visit was the standard annual vaccination for my two cats and the other for my elderly rabbit. The vet who dealt with my rabbit, Big G, was pleasant and thorough. Rabbits are an exotic animal but the vet seemed very knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my concerns, observed how G was hopping and was gentle with him. We discussed different treatments and started with the least invasive, an anti inflammatory. The appointment didn't feel rushed and at a time when vetinary care is being scrutinised for it's high costs, I felt we had received good value treatment for our fee. The room was immaculate and even when I queried the dosage of medicine prescribed the next day, I still received a friendly efficient service. On this occasion it was worthy of 5 stars.
