Abbotswood Veterinary Centre is open and ready to serve the community throughout the week. The practice operates from 08:30 to 19:00 every Monday to Friday, making it easy for clients to schedule appointments or stop in for a consultation. For added convenience, the centre is also open on Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00, providing accessible care and support to patients who may require veterinary attention during the weekend. Please note that Abbotswood is closed on Sundays, but the team is always available to offer advice or make recommendations for emergency treatment.
