Usually, I'm very happy with this place's staff and vets. every time I was attending an appointment the blue hair's girl was there. Yesterday (friday) other girl was at the desk. Very rude, with the ability to make you feel you're not welcome and, somehow, that you're asking for free things. People that don't enjoy their jobs should leave the charge to someone who does it.

Honestly one of the best vet practices I've ever been to and I have been to many Have been down twice in the last few days with my two kittens, receptionist was lovely, efficient & professional & both vets i seen were super compassionate, friendly, knowlegeble Knew exactly what was wrong straight away, very reassuring and explained everything in detail. And very reasonable price too which is always a bonus. Appreciate this little gem on our doorstep.

We noticed today that Buddy who is nearly 9 years old had a large red lump on his hind paw, I called was told to come in at 6.30, straightaway the vet made us feel at ease and quickly helped with a possible diagnosis, a sample was taken even though buddy can get a bit grumpy of touching his hind legs but the vet was fantastic and the nurse held and petted Buddy through it. Highly recommended Vet for your fur babies

Genuinely could not fault this veterinary practice. Every single member of staff is extremely friendly and so, so helpful. The vets are fantastic and they explain everything in great detail! The receptionists are also very kind, our pup has only been three times but she absolutely loves getting through the door to see the staff members! Very happy we decided to register our little Margot with eastside vet clinic! :)
