Gortlands Clinic has cared for my pets for many years. I have found their vets to be professional and pragmatic, never forcing a 'hard sell' on treatments but walking me through the options. On the awful occasions where it was time to say goodbye to my older pets, their staff were realistic, and I never once felt 'given the squeeze' to continue a medicine or treatment. They have friendly and helpful reception staff too.

Absolutely brilliant veterinary practice, the staff are so caring. Recently my 14 year old shih tzu Jessie has been seen by Charlotte, an absolutely amazing vet Charlotte takes her time explaining everything which makes things that little bit easier. Charlotte has the most caring empathetic nature. Thank you 🐶♥️

I got Syde neutered today and staff has been so welcoming, reassuring and helpful throughout the entire process. I could not thank the Gortlands team enough!! Syde has been giving us the side eyes since but eventually came round lol! Thank you🩷

Had my new kitten up yesterday for a check up & first vaccinations & flea & worm treatment. Joined their monthly cat plan so paid considerably less than I would have normally. Was offered a free months pet insurance too. All vets really nice & friendly. Have been coming here for years with my various cats. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
