I cannot thank the team at Earlswood enough for the incredible care they gave my 5-year-old Dachshund Bryan. He underwent an MRI and then IVDD surgery immediately. The level of expertise was evident from Colin and the team from the start, but what really stood out was the compassion. They provided regular updates via WhatsApp, which was a huge relief while he was away from home for 9 days. They also set us up with a comprehensive rehabilitation programme with Holistic Pet NI to ensure the best recovery. They also sent the insurance claim promptly and gave me peace of mind that their main priority is getting Bryan walking again. If you’re facing the stress of IVDD, I highly recommend this hospital—your pet is in the best hands

I will be forever grateful to the team at Earlswood Veterinary Hospital for the compassion, urgency, and dedication they showed my beloved Duke. I was without hope and they accepted my Baby Duke, I ran in carrying him in my arms, and he was taken immediately by Aisling without hesitation. From that moment on, Duke was treated with care, dignity, and genuine love. The team gave me hope and fought through me, for him with expertise and determination in ways I simply could not have done myself. I will never forget the centre manager personally driving to Dublin to collect medication so Duke could be given a fighting chance, because they genuinely believed he was worth saving. That level of commitment meant everything to me. Duke was never treated as just a patient he was treated as a valued life and whilst my whole world isn't here with me now. I know that everything was done to save my 4.5 year old son. Thank you for everything you did for my baby. Love, Carla.

I been with Earlwood for over 30 years. Amazing place. So professional, up to date equipment, caring towards clients, fantastic team work etc etc. Ollie just had tumour removed few months ago. I was absolutely helped by team regarding making decision. They were with me every step way. Very informative and totally focused on every procedure and surgery. Ollie just can't wait every month go Elsie and team for his complementary therapy. Reception staff best..they certainly know their clients and pets. Can't thank all staff enough.

I had to use Earlswood for my cat Bella when she became unwell, and my own vets were unsure what was going on. Unfortunately, her prognosis was poor, and she sadly didn't make it. All the staff from reception, vet nurses, and surgeons made my experience much less stressful. Even on her final day when i phoned to tell them my sad news they told me to focus on her rather than the money. They took time to know your pet, and even when I went in to settle the bill, they all still gave me condolences. Unfortunately, i had to use the out of hours vets who aren't aligned to Earlswood and I can say my experience with them was not positive or remotely caring and understanding (I will be providing feedback to that service separately). Earlswood is a private animal hospital, so yes, it is more expensive, but they know what they are doing. I wish the outcome could have been better for Bella, but the staff made that final few weeks less painful for her and that all that matters.
