The care from marcel and the staff is very caring and they know you very well bring a small practice. You can always get seen promptly and I felt happy with the treatment. The main reason for going was a relocation and also the expense of having to try pay for more in depth testing. Which wasn’t at all subsidised by any scheme or payment plans there.

I have been going to the East Rudham vet since before they moved to the Anchorage Barn with Marcel, and have been very happy with the treatment I and my cats have received over this time. Marcel and his staff have always been welcoming and compassionate and I don't understand the negative remarks in a few of the reviews. Marcel always explains everything thoroughly and is so caring and gentle with the animals. And, importantly, you can see the same vet each time who then knows your pet, unlike many places where you don't see the same vet twice. I wouldn't go anywhere else. (And they don't charge more than most vets)

Not the best vets and very expensive. Over charged me not once but twice! Also you have to ask for an itemised bill every time. Reception staff unhelpful so I have taken my business elsewhere.

Anchorage Barn is a proper vets. Not like all these Veterinary practices that have been taken over by big companies that want to take as much money from you and don't give you any time to give good quality of care. Anchorage Barn has given me and my puppy great care and taken the time to explain things and happily answer my questions. I trust them completely with my puppy and wouldn't dream about going elsewhere

Marcel, and his team are helpful and show great kindness and caring. I was kept informed of my Siamese cat's condition, who was hospitalised, throughout. He was very poorly and Marcel and Julie were kind, understanding and SO compassionate. I, or my beloved Merlin, could not have been treated better. I have no hesitation in recommending Anchorage Barn Veterinary practice at East Rudham every time. In 50 years of using Veterinary practices, throughout many parts of England, Marcel comes out as, in my opinion, the very best.
