We had such a positive experience with the team at The Grove during our French Bulldog, Duke’s BOAS surgery. Duke gets extremely stressed at the vets and can become reactive/aggressive, so we were naturally quite anxious about the whole process. But everyone at The Grove was so patient, calm and understanding with him (and with us too). They handled him with so much care and compassion and really made a stressful situation feel much easier. The referral process was really smooth, communication was always quick, and the surgery was booked just 2 weeks after the referral was sent through, which we really appreciated. We also got a follow-up phone call a week after surgery to check how Duke’s recovery was going, which was such a thoughtful touch. The surgery and aftercare have been amazing and we’ve already noticed a huge improvement in Duke’s breathing. It’s such a relief to see him more comfortable already. We’re so grateful to everyone at The Grove for the care, kindness and support throughout the whole process, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

What an amazing place. We were in the area on holiday and our dog had an accident while on a walk. We were so grateful that they provide out of hours vetenary care. We were seen straight away, everyone was so friendly, helpful and informative. We agreed course of treatment and everything went well, and they contact our local vets for chase up appointments. What a great asset to have in the area. We will be eternally grateful, thankyou

This morning i visited The Grove so that Ziggy could have an injection. The front of house staff are always excellent but todays review is to mention the young lady who looked after Ziggy. As a senior manager with British Airways i interviewed and took on lots of staff for different roles. The young lady was brilliant, knew her stuff and a real pleasure to meet. Thank you.

Amazing out of hours vet. Seen within an hour of speaking to them on the phone. So good with our dog who required staples. Options explained with costs attached. Kind staff to Blue who usually hates the vets. Great to know you have a good out of hours vets near by.

The Grove Vets Fakenham are, in my opinion the best vets I have EVER been with. They have always been with us every step of the way during her health and the compassion and care they showed when we recently lost our beloved dog was second none.. I would not hesitate to give them 10 stars + if that was available 🐶❤️🐶

Great experience with The Grove. We were on holiday to a few days in Norfolk so they aren't our normal practice. Had an emergency with my Golden Retriever who had severe vomiting. They saw us in hours of calling..lovely practice, exceptional staff. Thank you especially to Victoria? I hope I remembered your name correctly.... on reception for being so welcoming xx

We were on holiday in Norfolk and our Daschund was attacked on the beach by a large dog off the lead and his back leg was injured. We thought it may be broken or his back damaged. The staff were all amazing from booking a quick appointment to seeing the wonderfully kind Vet. Everyone was very supportive as it was quite a traumatic experience. Thank you for your support and help and getting our dog Lucca back to full fitness. A great team.
