All I can say is my Cane Corso loves coming to see everyone here, I completely trust the staff who have always treated my dogs with kindness and professionalism, they always go that extra mile for you. Unlike other vets, it’s not all about the money, they really care about you and your pet. I highly recommend this lovely practice

The vet was great. Reception was polite and caring. How ever when I went in to sort out a claim form. I was shocked at how rude abrupt and patronising David was to me and then to another customer. Don’t think I will be going back

We have been using Aylsham Vets for a number of years with exceptional service and staff polite I think it would be very helpful when paying for consultations or medicines, etc, if you got a printed out receipt with all items listed instead of just copy card payment total.

I had moved house so I needed to change vets due to location, while sorting this out I experienced three messed up appointments (they altered them and did not tell me) and then they chided me. As I had moved I decided it was best to leave immediately as I could not keep travelling all that way for altered appointments. The practice said I had to pay a huge penalty to end the pet club payments so was forced financially to stay even though they are miles away from where I live. Reception have remained chaotic and give different answers to requests and are rude especially Sam. I have been reduced to tears by these people on a few occasions. Thankfully I will be free from of them soon.

Very positive experience with Vet Andre, kind empathetic and appropriate treatment for my beloved rescue dog Charlie who is now in his 16th year. Gave us both lots of time, thorough examination and sensible recommendations for Charlie's treatment at this time in his journey. Thanks Andre, heartfelt thanks...
