Welcome to Aquarius Veterinary Centre, a friendly and inviting veterinary practice located in the beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England. Our highly skilled and dedicated team of veterinary professionals has been providing compassionate care and expert advice to the area’s pets and their owners for many years.

Led by our partner, Dr Robert Gould, BVetMed MRCVS, we are proud to offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our diverse clientele. Our skilled team includes Dr Roberta Baxter (VetMB BA MRCVS), Dr Jeanne Nienhuis (MRCVS) and Miss Ann Taggart (BVetMed MRCVS), all of whom excel in veterinary care and work tirelessly to ensure your beloved pets receive the best possible treatment.

To assist our veterinary surgeons, we also have our superb veterinary nurse, Miss Emma Wake (RVN), who provides essential support and assistance to our team and, above all, ensures that each and every pet that visits our practice is treated with the utmost compassion and kindness.

At Aquarius Veterinary Centre, we offer a comprehensive range of services, from routine check-ups to emergency care and complex surgical procedures. As animal lovers ourselves, we understand how valuable your pets are as cherished members of your family, which is why we treat them with respect, compassion, and professionalism.

Our practice caters to a wide range of species, including birds, cats, dogs, poultry, and small mammals. With state-of-the-art facilities, you can rely on us to be there for your furry (or feathered) friends when they need us most. Our facilities include a client car park and disabled public access, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and at ease when visiting our practice.

We are also proud to offer flexible availability, with our doors open six days a week, including weekends*. Our opening hours are as follows:

• Monday: 08:30 - 18:00
• Tuesday: 08:30 - 18:00
• Wednesday: 08:30 - 18:00
• Thursday: 08:30 - 18:00
• Friday: 08:30 - 18:00
• Saturday: 09:00 - 12:00
• Sunday: Closed
