I don't know where to start, the gratitude I have towards Archway veterinary centre for El veterinary and the loveliest Nurse staff. I recently sadly visited (21.11.25) with my very old lady Mini the bulldog she sadly had to be put to sleep. Both El and the loveliest nurse staff were so incredibly kind, caring and showed great care towards my beautiful old lady, towards my sister and myself. You ladies are absolutely fabulous, you made the worst day of my life so much more bearable. Thank you for the kindness, the hugs and the genuine care we experienced. I would also like to say thank you to the lovely receptionists today (02.12.25) when I collected my beautiful old ladys ashes for being so lovely and kind. All of you ladies, seriously are incredible and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ Sorry to the loveliest nurse, I did call the surgery to ask for your name.

Recently took my unwell dog to Archway. It was really scary, but the treatment we received from vet El was brilliant, she was so knowledgeable and naturally caring that it made me feel as at ease as I could be. She totally heard my concerns and took them seriously. She laid out all of the options with pros and cons of each and we came up with a treatment plan together. Really cannot recommend her enough, she seemed like she had so much time for Ziggy even though she was incredibly busy. The receptionists and nurses were also really kind and helpful. Thanks Archway for making a scary horrible situation much more bearable. Ziggy is feeling much better now :)

I was going to the vets with my dog his whole life he was only 2 years old, been in 30+ times in his life. Went in one week 3 times and then when he was due to have a scan I walked into the room with him got ambushed by a member of staff who refused him the scan she had a tape measure next to her he measured an inch over but never did before so they told me I have to call the police or they wouldn’t let me leave. I called the police who advised due to him needed tests and scans he wouldn’t get the treatment there and to put him down. I was left with 2 heartbroken children and as a family devastated. I would never take another animal to this vet by far the worst one!! They changed his paper work after he was gone aswell I have all the proof of this I will be exposing there lies and the fraudulent paper work that resulted in my dog being gone!

Really quite appalled with the lack of effort shown by Archway and their insurance team. My insuracne provider has chased them multiple times for my pets medical record only to receive radio silence. I contacted them to chase myself and got a rather unhelpful receptionist who couldn't assist me further, and informed me she'd let her colleague know (the only member of staff who deals with insurance and only works twice a week). I found out today that Waggel have still been chasing and receiving radio silence. Really poor service from Archway who have caused significant delays with our claim now.

Absolutely shocking reception staff. I was completely ignored for 10 to 15 minutes while waiting to make a purchase. One member of staff was assisting another customer, but the other- wearing glasses- continued with her administrative tasks and blatantly ignored both me and the constantly ringing phone. In the end, I simply left. Frankly, if this is the standard of service provided, I would seriously question the wisdom of entrusting them with your pet’s health.
