Every single member of staff at Avenue are amazing, from the receptionists on the end of the phone through to the vets and nurses that treat the animals. More than once they have fitted us in at short notice to care for our pet dog and always available on the phone to give advice. We have only ever had positive experiences and would fully recommend them to anybody. A really caring dedicated team who are very trusted and appreciated by us!

Wonderful. Even my dog is always happy to be there. Friendly and considerate receptionists. They always manage to provide a timely appointment. The vets and nurses take time to explain everything and treat my dog like their own pet. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

5 stars is not enough. I have had care of dogs since I was 5, a handler at crufts and supported mum and dad breeding in the 80/90s and over the 47 years of having dogs, I have encountered many vets. I have to say, Avenue Team at Grantham have surpassed all hopes and expectations as when I moved to Grantham nearly a year ago I was scared to leave my previous vet because I was grateful he was so good, on it, kind and compassionate, easier I guess for a one man band now Avenue have all this but across the whole team and more, rock steady, personable, yet professional and know their stuff and communicate well with each other. I cannot imagine it is easy because when pets are in problem states, emotions can run high as mine did once, not at staff as I would never do this, I did have a maicheal douglas 'falling down' moment with some big bad news hitting me on 3 consecutive days and then brining Milie in for her teeth out I was at my wits end. The team were kind, and caring and I am just absolutely in awe of them, grateful for them and will be a forever customer, our latest visit wasnt good news for us with Millie, however yet again proper time aside not rushed in and out and clear and honest communication. Even helping me with my pet insurance claim and sorted prescriptions for me to access externally at a lower price. Called me before they opened in answer to my email. Words arent enough. It important for me to share this, I could go on but I think you get the jyst. Thank you. With love, Mille, Hermes and Lisa X Photo credit to Millie when she found us as a stray many moons ago, she was a young pup, had had a litter somewhere and was a mess.. her tougue had a chunk out and scars across her. Since then she has travelled most of Europe and led a full adventurous and happy life. Thank you Avenue vets for being so thorough on our visits.

While staying in Grantham used this vet for emergency appointment on Easter Saturday for my little dog. From start to finish they were professional and friendly. Lovely reception staff. The vet was great - gave a thorough examination, a diagnosis, treatment & advice. Great service - thank you. She’s getting better and loved the Easter chew. Thank you.

A heartfelt and sincere thank you to all Avenue Vets staff for looking after our various animals right up until the end of their lives. We (Karen Mitchell and Paul Ward) have used this practice for two cats and three dogs while we have lived in Lincolnshire over the last 14 years and have found all the staff, including receptionists, nurses and vets helpful, caring and empathetic. Thank you for the lovely card and forget-me-not seeds recently received in rembrance of our last dog, Sasha - it was a thoughtful touch and epitomises just how you all care for the animals you deal with.

My dog had an accident at dysart park, she fell off after running and sliding on ice on her side. All 4 paws affected, loud crying, lots of blood lost and in pain. Avenue vets were the only vets open on Saturday and provided all care needed at time. I was so greatfull, they saw Pickle even though she was not registered there and did not turned her down like other vets did in town other time our practice was not open. Bless them. I am ever so greatfull, I was in shock and desperate and they helped my Pickle. Thank you so much. 🙏
