Thank you to everyone at Avenues! My cat has been registered here for around 10 years. This year her medical needs changed and we’ve been well supported by all the staff here with our monthly visits! I’ve never felt like a burden with the questions I’ve asked, and they’ve never made me feel dramatic about any concerns. The team has remained friendly and communicated next steps clearly and thoroughly. I honestly could not recommend another vet and am so happy she’s under their care.

I came to the team at Avenue Clinic wanting a second opinion about my poor dog, Lola's condition. After requesting an ultrasound and having provided them with her medical history from her registered vet in Rickmansworth, the Avenue vet, Amy gave me straight forward, honest advice and didn't try upselling a plethora of unnecessary tests and scans which had previously been advised. Unfortunately the previous test result indicated cancer and it was Lola's time to say goodbye after 13 years 10 months and we were devastated. When we brought her back the next day, we were treated with the utmost compassion, kindness and genuine heartfelt empathy as we sat with her and held her as she slipped away. This was all carried out so peacefully and unhurried which eased the pain of the process to a degree. In the brief time we had interactions, I couldn't recommend the Abenue team highly enough. So much so that we have just rehomed another rescue dog from Battersea and I have registered her for her ongoing needs. I only wished I had found them sooner and my poor Lola may well have had a better level of care than she received from the previous vet. Amy, you were amazing and the both ladies on reception were also outstanding, many thanks indeed from us all.

I called Avenues as I was concerned about my elderly cat. The receptionist was very helpful and booked us an appointment that morning. Both herself & the vet were kind & understanding. After a check up the issue was identified & treated promptly. I am so grateful for their help and support. I 100% recommend Avenues Vets.

My cat, who is nearly 13 years old, has been with AVC since she was a kitten. We’ve always had such a positive experience, the team has consistently listened to any health concerns and taken appropriate, thoughtful action. Most recently, my cat had to go under anaesthetic, and I can’t express enough how amazing the vets and nurses were. I truly felt she was in the best hands, and I know she was so well cared for throughout the entire day. Thank you so much for looking after her so well, it really means a lot!
