Park Veterinary Centre - Leavesden Branch

All staff members are such lovely people, very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate their hospitality but most importantly Luna (my friendly and kisser dog) loved their kindness.

The care and attention to our pet was perfect for her needs. We needed an appointment for the same day we rang and they gave it to us. thank you so much

Very welcoming , very friendly , very accommodating with helping to keep my boisterous dog calm for his vet check which was lovely watching the interaction between him and the vet and we left feeling happy , calm and very satisfied with our experience . Thankyou Park Vets.

Excellent staff and team. Really caring and gentle with our kitties

Vets, staff etc good. Company who owns the business is too quick to send texts. Even had one on CHRISTMAS DAY! Too many texts sent to established clients (50 years plus). We don't need reminding and I find it insulting! Never happened when the vets ran the business.

I recently visited the Park Veterinary Clinic regarding my dog’s skin infection, which requires a clean and sterile environment for healing. While the staff were polite, I was highly concerned by the overall hygiene standards of the facility during my visit. There was a noticeable and frankly unacceptable amount of animal hair throughout the main areas, creating an impression of general uncleanliness. Given that my dog was already vulnerable with an active skin infection, this lack of sanitation was deeply worrying, raising fears that he could catch a secondary infection or aggravate his existing condition due to poor environmental standards. A veterinary clinic must prioritize sterilization and cleanliness, and this facility fell short of that basic requirement. The second major issue was the pricing. The costs for the consultation and services were exceptionally high, which would be justifiable if the facilities and service quality were top-tier. However, the high price point did not align with the visible lack of basic maintenance and hygiene standards I observed.

Been with Park Vets (Leavesden) for 30 years. They have looked after all my dogs and cats. Cannot fault them. From helping us raise puppies and kittens to the care for our pets and us when they cross the bridge 🙌🏼💜

Would highly recommend :) The staff are friendly, the receptionist is lovely and even held my pup for me whilst I retrieved my phone from my van. They've been very helpful with my 10 week old rottie and her poorly tummy. Wouldn't go anywhere else now
