Always a pleasant experience dealing with either branch and all veterinarians, nurses and staff are always kind, friendly and helpful. Never an issue with obtaining medications and booking appointments, would recommend to anyone.

I have been taking my dogs to this vet / the same clinician for 25 years. In all of this time they have received the utmost care and professionalism. I would recommend Avon Lodge 100%.

It was time to say goodbye to my very muched lived elderly cat. I called and got an appointment with the vet I wanted (Kevin -went to Amesbury) and I was treated with respect and compassion. The Receptionist (Rosie) had booked my appointment and was lovely on the day too. I didn't feel rushed, got to say my goodbyes, be with Sampson and it was so nicely done for something that is so hard to do.

They have been nothing but brilliant with me and my boys Jasper and Rocky yesterday I was Jaspers yearly review but he had been under the weather the vet was thorough and even had blood taken and then rushed them through but all was fine I was a little stunned by the bill but I was able to deal with it as the vet you can call the pet insurance provider up and they work with the vet and can pay the vet directly in times of struggle so that's a very good reason to be with them and they are very reassuring I couldn't be with anyone else

By far the best vets in Amesbury. Totally different to a certain chain of practices in the area. The love and care our dog got from Avon Lodge was so heartwarming. All staff are very caring and professional.
