  Russell is a patient of this practice for a long time and we have always been treated with respect,kindness and support.We have had recently a more complex investigation for our sweet Russell's heart and I have been impressed by the level of professionalism the whole team has showed also the Vet who developed Russell's treatment plan has been amazing ! Very informative ,has given me a lot of infos ,verbally and written ,making sure all the infos are easy to understand and we have all the infos we need before starting his treatment.Russell is progressing well already and I am so grateful for all the support we have from the whole Team at Avon Lodge Salisbury ! Thank you ever so much for taking such good care of our beloved Russell ❤️

  Cannot fault on my visit with Ashe, everyone is always helpful. Had to go back for a second visit as I was worried about him but everyone couldn’t do enough to put me at ease. Thank you.

  I had such a positive experience here and wanted to share. The female vet we saw was absolutely lovely. My cat normally hates going to the vet, but he was so at ease with her that he actually lay down on the examination table – which says everything! He’s an older cat and has lost a bit of weight, so she suggested blood tests to check for things like thyroid issues. What really stood out was how considerate she was—she genuinely tried to find the most affordable option for me. When I explained that I couldn’t manage the cost right now due to a change in personal circumstances, she didn’t pressure me at all or make me feel guilty. Quite the opposite—she reassured me that he seems healthy and happy, and that the blood tests could wait until I’m in a better position. The reception team were also fantastic—friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The waiting area is really thoughtfully set up too, with separate sections for cats and dogs. There’s a designated space for pet carriers, calming spray available, and even blankets to cover carriers to help reduce stress for your cat. Overall, such a caring, understanding, and well-run practice. Highly recommend

  I couldn’t fault the service at all. The prompt action of the receptionist, Kate and Kirsty, meant my little Molly was taken care of straight away. From the moment I called the vet to explain my concerns, right through to Molly being treated, the care was outstanding. Thank you so much.

  Fairly new client but both visits have been very positive. The receptionists, nurses and vets have all been so welcoming, happy, kind and informative. I was nervous having a large mastiff of what he'd be approached like but they have all been so lovely, hugging him, petting him etc. The availability has been very prompt and the clinic is clean and tidy.

  Always a great experience. A lot of my customers love this practice. All staff very nice. My dog is getting on, visibly, and i know that in his end days, he will be treated with dignity and his needs will be catered for.
