I've been bringing my two cats, Jasper and Mimi, to Vets for Pets Salisbury for the last 1.5 years and have always had positive experiences there. I'd like to give a particular shout out to Dr Mohamed, who we saw last week. Dr Mohamed took the time to ask questions about Jasper and Mimi's general health, their well being, and even their personalities, though they had only come in for routine boosters. He was kind and gentle with them. He gave me good, clear advice on weight maintenance and hydration when I had questions. I'd go out of my way to bring Jasper and Mimi in to see Dr Mohamed again. This positive encounter last week accords with the experiences I've had generally at Vets for Pets, where I've found the team (vets, nurses and receptionists) to all be helpful, responsive and friendly, ready to reassure or advise a sometimes-anxious cat owner! Thank you everyone 😊

Our beloved Jack Russel Toby died recently, it was very sudden and unexpected. The vet did all she could to save him, but unfortunately he passed. The staff were so loving, kind and compassionate. We were given a paw print and little glass jar with some of his hair clippings. I could not speak more highly of them and the level of care they provided us with at this sad time.

My dog Jack tore his dew claw at the weekend and everything from my first call to the vets on Monday to seeing Roxanne yesterday and Agata today was first class. Jack is a nervous boy at the best of times being a rescue dog but the genuine care and advice on options was great. Although an operation was booked in when we arrived on the morning of the operation the issue had all but resolved itself. Agata checked him out, clipped other claws (not easy on a dog that thinks he’s Houdini) and I’m sure this was with help of other team member in the back room. Laura was on reception on both of my visits and could not have been more helpful. At all times I felt that both Jack and myself were really well looked after & I was 100% confident in the care and advice given Thank you so much . Jack is chilling at the moment but is popping to the shop later to get a little treat for you all. x

Me and my mother have used this vets for years and can honestly say the compression and care that us and our beloved pets have always been shown is incredible. Me or my mum can't thank malcom and the team enough for giving badger a peaceful end to his life yesterday. You are all truly appreciated.

Just want to leave a review tonight for the fab vets and staff at Companion Care, Salisbury. 🐾 Vets Pete and Malcolm are absolutely fantastic, and so are all the staff there. I’ve only recently joined the practise with my pets, but I’ve been struck by their professionalism, kindness and empathy and would recommend this practise to anyone in a heartbeat. Today, I sadly had to say goodbye to my beautiful, epic cat companion, Domino, and took him in to be euthanised after an illness that he wasn't going to come back from. Pete was brilliant and empathetic, and Domino slipped peacefully away. Domino had lived a good life, and the vets helped him to pass with the minimum discomfort, which is all you can ever hope for. All the team are lovely and very kind, the Receptionists, the veterinary nurse who assisted today. One of the Receptionists helped organise some admin and quietly just did it for me without me asking today which was really thoughtful. I've seen both vets with Domino, and both have been absolutely brilliant. Just very kind and helpful all round! I’m now making a big fuss of my other kitty, and I’m very grateful to your whole team. Thank you! 🙏 🐾

I couldn't recommend Companion Care or rate them highly enough, Malcolm, Tom, Sandra and the reception staff are all wonderful human beings who care passionately for animals and their welfare rather than money..They are kindhearted, professional, caring, empathetic, understanding, honest and compassionate and have helped all three of my babies over the last few years, with two awful emergencies as well. My kitty came home today after a traumatic time of it and an amputation 😔 But he was in the best vetinary hands in the whole of Salisbury, cared for, saved and shown love to the highest standard. Malcolm always explains everything so I can understand and is so caring and reassuring and Tom was so helpful and compassionate during such a difficult time. The aftercare is always brilliant as are the whole team, they are amazing, so don't listen to the negative reviews, they are codswallop.. I would never go anywhere else and can't thank them all enough with all of my heart for all they do. Thank you 💖
