Our loveable dog is so loveable he gave himself happy tail syndrome. Numerous visits per week to have it re dressed. And everyone has always been so good with him, and greet him like an old friend. He’s had a rough ride , but it’s been made easier by excellent staff. We can highly recommend the lifetime care club, he’s been a member all his life , and has enjoyed all of the perks , but this time around, with so many trips to the vets being needed, it’s paid for itself several times over. It’s been a huge weight off our mind knowing that we can take him down any time and not have to worry about the cost

Our puppy Eric needed an operation for his liver. The specialist vet came to the local Bishoptons did the investigations and then operated a few days later at Ripon Bishoptons, the communication was excellent and there was no travelling to a specialist centre which would have been stressful for our dog. The care and kindness shown to both Eric and to us throughout the whole treatment was so appreciated and helped get us all through it. Every person including the receptionists nurses and vets were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Professional care at its absolute best. Our little dog is making a good recovery thanks to them all.

We have been with the Ripon branch for over 20 years now and they have looked after all our pets from gerbals to dogs over the years! Sadly we have had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Dylan this week and as always the care and consideration shown by all the staff was so comforting and professional and the aftercare for Dylan dignified and respectful, plus they’ve handled everything for us. Today we received a condolence card and lovely personalised message from them along with prints of his paw and nose plus a clipping of his hair ..so lovely. I cannot thank them enough and will always highly recommend them they truly are the best!

I have used Bishopton vets in ripon a few times now and once as an emergency on a Sunday and I can’t speak highly enough about them, from the reception staff through the nurses to the vets themselves they are exceptional. Caring, compassionate, professional and really put you at ease at a stressful time. The vets I have seen explain everything thoroughly so I can understand. I have also used the branch at thirsk and it is exactly the same. I would highly recommend them. Ezra says thank you.

Bishopton veterinary practice has been amazing. Our dog, Paddy had a tumour that needed surgery. It was a huge surgery but the team there looked after him so well. Our vet, Laura, has been incredible. So caring and available to help with any worries after his surgery. A wonderfully dedicated team here looking after our special boy.

Took Digby in for his annual booster. Staff are always polite and caring, and on going advice on pet care is always welcome but not forced. Good reception area with separate area for cats which is good for Digby as he's a house cat and doesn't have contact with dogs. Great to have such a good facility on our doorstep.

First class after care and reassurance given from Laura and the team upon Leo’s review for Stitch removal. Leo’s journey so far from consultation over the phone, to surgery and extended recovery with the best team, delivering bespoke aftercare to bridge the gap geographical with regular updates using the pet app. Leo continues to thrive in his recovery, all thanks to the early intervention of physical and mental simulation provided by the amazing hospital team.I’ll update on next review regrading ‘ hydrotherapy’ success 🙈. Maybe his Tom Daley pose will result in being a fur ball swimmer.
