A great big Thank you to Vet Margo. My precious 60 year old Tortoise is making a good recovery. Margo was kind and caring and a wealth of knowledge and even followed up today to check that treatment was working. Thank you so much Margo we are so grateful 🙏....

I love this veterinary practice and have been using it for 18 years. All our dogs love it too. Everyone is helpful and understanding and they were amazing when we had to have our dog euthanised following a spell of illness with cancer. They have a great open day which my grandchildren look forward to every year. Thank you all so much

Our beautiful boy, Blue, the best cat ever and part of our family for the last 19 years, dearly loved unfortunately the time came for him to cross the rainbow bridge. The vets however didn't see him as our special boy but rather just a transaction. No compassion whatsoever. My wife called them in the morning and asked for a home visit euthanisation due to myself being a permanent wheelchair user and their premises not having disabled parking. The receptionist took the details and said that a nurse would call me back to ask some difficult questions and go through the procedure. 4 hours elapsed and nothing, all the time Blue is rapidly deteriorating before out eyes. So, my wife rang back and got the most uncaring and insensitive receptionist ever who treated us like we were just booking Blue in for a spa treatment "oh just bring him" like it was that simple. Anyway, a nurse did eventually ring back and attend later that day and put our boy out of suffering. The next day we got sent both a text and an email. Not, sorry for your loss of anything of compassion, just a link to pay the bill. Just a figure too, not itemized or anything. Interestingly while we were on hold numerous times yesterday the hold message portrayed that the business was family caring in nature. It so is NOT. They need to remember that pets are like our children. They are part of the family. They are not a statistic or commodity. I will never forgive them nor use them in future. It is bad enough being heartbroken. Now I am angry too. Andy, Sam and Blue RIP.

Yesterday I had to take Albie to Broadway Herne Bay to have him put down. He has been with us for 8 years had two operations and visited monthly to manage his pain. The staff have been so welcoming and friendly. Albie loved the vets walking in with his tail wagging. Thank you so much for looking after him and the support you provided. I was in bits yesterday and the staff were so supportive. You guys are awesome.

(1) Had Poppy’s yearly jabs done yesterday. No problems at all. I have now joined the pet club which I think is well worth the money. Her jabs she had yesterday were covered all nurse & vet consultations are covered as well as flea treatment . ( no brainer ) I only have to have a couple of consultations and it pays for itself. I wish I had joined earlier. It was lovely to walk out yesterday with no big bill to pay. I have been with this vets for a good many years and have always found all the people working there to be very professional & kind. Poppy has no problem at all when she has to go to the vets. (2) Visited the vets again this week as Poppy had hurt herself. Talked over options with vet Sara who was great with her and gave Poppy a thorough check over & advice as to how to proceed with her treatment. Very happy with all Sara's advice going forward.
