The practice prides itself on its accessibility, with doors open on weekdays from 8:00am till 6:30pm and Saturday mornings from 8:00am till 12:00pm. Buttercross Veterinary Centre Ltd is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays to allow our team of staff to spend time with their families and recharge before returning to care for your pets.

The practice’s team comprises of two primary divisions, veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses. The veterinary surgeons department has four individuals, Mrs Johanna Donaldson, Dr Joanna Driver, Mrs Gemma Newbold, and Mrs Charlotte Stevens. Each member of this department is highly qualified and experienced, with the collective knowledge between them covering a vast range of species and conditions. The nurses department consists of five individuals, Miss Lesley Aylett, Miss Emma Bowers, Miss Iona Bryson, Miss Christina Heath and Miss Susan Jackson, who provide excellent care to all pets admitted to the centre.

As a client, you can also opt for several services, including general consultation, surgery, dentistry, laboratory diagnostic services, home visits and more. The facilities offered by Buttercross Veterinary Centre include a client car park and disabled public access, allowing clients with disabilities easy and safe access to the practice.
