I have a dog and, until recently when one passed away, 3 cats all seen at Davisons and have always found all staff to be caring, professional and knowledgeable. When one of the cats who was an old and poorly lady had to take her last visit to the vet all of the staff were incredibly kind, empathetic and sensitive to how upsetting this was. Our cats were feral and never easy to handle but every vet we have seen have been amazing! Reception staff and nurses are all fabulous, friendly and helpful.

Superb customer service. Extremely happy with the recent appointment of Esme. Thorough health check-up, joint medication given. Would definitely recommend Davisons for anyone's pets.

Fantastic practice full of truly caring, brilliant and professional staff. We have 4 animals registered at this surgery now and every time they have come through for us, whether it’s simple check ups/boosters or emergency care. Everyone from the warm and helpful reception staff to amazing nurses and veterinarians showcases the gold standard of what a veterinary practice should be like. We are so grateful for everything you do for us. Orion, Obsidian, Chase and Nyla are as healthy as they are thanks to all your care and support.

We ended up being registered with Davisons after our practice closed during covid. We had 3 cats at the time and the transition was smooth. The vets, nurses & desk staff are all so friendly & I get that caring vibe. I have since adopted a dog and he's somewhat of a regular! I would like to call out Alicia specifically and I prefer to see her if / when I go in as she knows about my dogs history. I dont feel like I'm fighting a battle when I'm going to see them. I feel heard and I feel like I'm advocating for my dog for the right reasons. Thanks to Alicia for listening to my concerns & being hands on (consent based of course) with my dog, meaning we could have imagery done, diagnosis & the appropriate meds for my boy. He's in such a better place now and considering how mild his diagnosis was, the overall belief was that meds weren't needed - but you listened and understood that pain (like in humans) is a unique experience. I cant rate the staff enough & all know who my dog is & care about his wellbeing! (And the kittys absolutely get treated like the royalty they are!!) I feel like I'm part of a family & I cant imagine being at another vets. They've set the bar incredibly high! Thank you!
