Many thanks for your care compassion and professionalism when dealing with our dog Bertie, the guidance that you gave together with the information was second to none, and led us to make the ultimate decision without being pushed into it. Also the after card in the shape of a phone call to make sure that we were ok was great fully received. We have no hesitation in recommending you.

I cannot recommend Orchard Vets enough. My cat is particularly anxious when she visits, needless to say she lives up to her ‘naughty tortie’ label but the staff in particular Jo have shown nothing but patience with her. I have used Orchard for many years and would not dream of going elsewhere. The staff from first contact with the friendly reception staff through to the vet nurses and vets is always a friendly but professional service. I always feel that myself and my cats have been treated as individuals and not just another patient. I am appreciate that they will deal with the insurance company directly and also love that they have cat friendly waiting areas. I have been using Orchard for many many years needless to say if I was unhappy I would go elsewhere.

Shep and Buddy love coming to the vets. Tuska not so much. But they've supported us through numerous illnesses and cancerous tumour removal twice. I have had no issues with anyone in the practice all so welcoming and respectful. Just what you need when you habe poorly pets.

Absolutely amazing vets, so caring and they have looked after my Queen cat members well. Here we have Brian-May, Freddie-Mercury, Roger-Taylor and John-Deacon sat on my settee they did so well whilst I took the photo. Had my final member of the group neutered now John-Deacon has joined them all. They've all been neutered and doing very well. Thank you orchard vets for being so kind and caring means alot. Highly recommend this vets. Thanks Txxxx
