This was my cocker spaniel puppy's first visit to the vets, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. My puppy was showered with fuss, attention, and affection, which immediately put both of us at ease. Her vaccinations were no trouble at all, and the team made the whole experience calm, positive, and stress-free. The atmosphere was lovely and friendly throughout, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about the animals they see. The only downside is that my puppy will now expect this level of attention everywhere she goes! Thank you to the whole team for making her first visit such a happy and memorable one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to other pet owners.

Medivet on Winchester Street still has the feel of an independent practice although it is part of a bigger Group. We feel our pets are in safe hands and have not felt pressure to buy "add ons" or "extra procedures" during our visits. Staff are always kind, helpful and friendly and appointments usually available when we need them. We appreciate the sectioned dog/cat areas as this helps reduce stress.

So super happy with the care my little dog Digby had . From start to finish I cannot fault the staff who cared for Digby during his operation to have all his teeth removed , he’s doing very well and is back to eating like a big dog after 2 days . Thank you so much

Amazing team effort from start to finish. Rachel and Nikki made me feel at ease living my doggie in their care for her dental. Dot and I are very grateful and thank you!

Excellent treatment every time for my fur baby! Nothing is ever to much trouble for the staff at medivet Sherwood’s and are always on hand if I need advice . Easy to get appointments! Only wish was that they could make prices more affordable for us that work as it’s so expensive for certain treatments but other than that medivet are great.

⚠️ Warning ⚠️ Don't take your animals here!!! i got my cat Slushy spayed here, afterwards she went into heat again!!?? After consultation ( that they most likely wanted me to pay ) they requested 230£ for a blood test which costed more than the original spaying!!!! and also told us the new operation in the case that she does have ovarian remanent syndrome would cost a further 70£ "discounted" when they are the ones who clearly did not do it properly!! and now our poor kitty is suffering a bad spay and being in heat again and they take 0 responsibility and have left me with picking up the pieces of their mistakes.
