Always a super-friendly team & fantastic vet care. Our first dog was under their care for her whole life & there was no question which vets we would use for our second! Every member of the team is very clearly a genuine animal lover & care/advice always feels very personalised, never rushed, always animal/owner-centred & never profit-based.

Lovely friendly Vets we took our collie dog for his vaccines he is always very nervous at the vets and needs lots of reassurance as well as calming medication. The reception staff and vet we saw were as usual very supportive and made the experience feel very relaxed. The vet also spent time listening to our concerns about some recent digestive issues that Archies had and we came away with a clear plan. We can’t thank you all enough for the support.

We’ve been bringing our one-year-old Border Collie cross here since her puppy vaccinations, and we recently had her spayed as well. I honestly can’t thank the team enough. She’s an anxious dog, and they were incredibly kind, patient and welcoming at every single appointment from the moment we arrived. They even allowed me to stay with her for a little while beforehand, which meant so much and really helped keep her calm (and definitely helped my nerves too!). You can tell the staff here genuinely care about the animals they treat. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This veterinary practice is excellent. We have been taking our two dogs since they were puppies. The welcome is warm, the veterinary nurses are kind and professional and the vets are all excellent. I have never felt rushed. Last saw Holly and she is very thorough. Can highly recommend.

A really lovely vets practice, which I'm so pleased to have in our local community. We've had brilliant care here for both of our cats, particularly Vet Chloe who is so patient, knowledgeable and kind. We are always quite nervous bringing our babies in, but each member of staff including those at front desk have been very understanding and helpful! Thank you :-)

Mazie has been going to see Andrew and a brilliant team since we moved into the area. Has a few health problems with heart liver and arthritis, which puts her on medication for life. Mazie is still fighting on be it a little slower nowadays but considering she has now turned 151/2 she deserves to take things a little easier.

I would like to Thank all the staff for their kindness and support especially the vet who looked after Buttercup in her last few minutes of life. she was absolutely amazing. We had to put her down and I can honestly say we had all the support and empathy from her and she was so gentle with buttercup. Also when I returned the next day to pick her up I was given a memory box with her paw prints and some of her hair in a tiny jar with a beautiful poem. This was a lovely thing to do and I’m for ever grateful. 🙏
