Medivet Arnold Coppice Rd

The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming. They will go above and beyond and always put the wellfare of your pet first

Maddie loved it. She can't stop telling ever doggy Buddie how friendly and comfortable it was. I've told her if she doesn't put the phone down soon, she will lose her mobile privileges. These young dogs of today, very cheeky.

Absolutely brilliant. Staff are very friendly and helpful and most of all my dogs felt happy and content here too. I highly recommend to anyone and soo glad to of come across you.

Medivet are great and look after pets but i do not and not be able to afford my cats medicine i live on a pension so its not always easy 🤔

My cat is 15 years old and very nervous when going to the vets. The staff were lovely and treated my cat with kindness and even gave her treats after having her nails clipped. She hissed when she put the treats in her basket but ate them all when we got home. Thank you for being so nice to her, I'm sure she appreciates it deep down

Medivet has been an absolute blessing for me and my babies. It all started when we registered Brian, a stray cat we’d taken in. The kindness, expertise, and genuine love shown by every vet and nurse from his initial vaccination appointment to his neutering and beyond convinced me to switch my 2 other babies here too. When Boris suffered an injury shortly after we registered him, the team went above and beyond. He was seen within 45 minutes of calling. Jade, the vet, was so gentle and caring that even in discomfort, Boris couldn’t resist giving her affection - he’s a sensitive boy and sensed her warmth and kind soul immediately. The next morning, Rachael, the surgeon at Sherwood, performed a procedure to help him that had Boris back to his happy, pain-free self overnight. His post-op check with Jade the following day was just as wonderful. He showered her with grateful head bumps while he was being checked over. He ADORED Jade! Every single staff member has been amazing to us. From the lovely receptionist, to Nicole, the nurse who cared for my Brian and Boris, to Jade and Rachael, who Boris absolutely adores. The care here is unmatched. In fact, Boris was even nominated for a Brave Heart Award for how well he handled everything which is such a lovely touch. After experiencing such dedication and compassion from the ENTIRE team at both Arnold and Sherwood, I can confidently recommend Medivet to anyone and everyone. My babies and I have never felt so well cared for, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies. If you want a vet practice that treats your pets like family, definitely take them here. 🫶
