Very experienced vets, they give you choice on treatments and explain fully what the issue is. Cheaper than the other local vets. Good availability of appointments and easy access parking. Highly recommended.

Miriam gave me a 2nd opinion on my very poorly cat. She was compassionate and clear in her advice and helped me make the hard decision to have him PTS.

Absolutely wonderful. They are so genuine and thoughtful and the actual service is attentive and superb. Jinx has them wrapped round her paws like everyone else she meets, but they provide the best possible service in return.

I can't praise this practice enough. Having previously been at a ' large company' practice, I can honestly say, they are excellent here. My dog has received the best care I could have asked for at what was a very anxious time. Vets are lovely, and compared to many practices I didn't pay over the top for treatment and medication.

My review a year ago was 5 stars but recently this place and their policies has changed so much. The amazing receptionist Emily has left, I can guess why and she has been replaced with a far less enthusiastic person who's heart doesn't seem to be in the job. The previously informative vets no longer want to tell you anything unless your paying for it. The incompetence regarding messing up my pets meds is consistent, probably because they don't listen and their opening times keep changing. A year ago I thought this was the best vets in the world and recommended them to everyone but having 2 poorly cats this year, I've been a few times and been very disappointed 😢 one of my cats gets very stressed going there now too which was never the case before & the cost of the visits & cost of medication has gone through the roof. The decline is very sad.

Catastrophe. Extremely rude receptionist. Facilities for cats were poor, mine was booked in at a very busy time with multiple dogs. One dog was out of control and barking at her in the waiting area which is small and there is no seperate areas for cats & dogs. Her heart rate was very high after this which I'm not surprised by as she's an indoor cat which has never been barked at by a dog before and it clearly frightened her! I then ended up paying for expensive blood tests which may not have been necessary due to this. Receptionist refused to let me leave after I'd already made an arrangement with the vet to pay for some of her treatment the following day due to it being an unexpected bill. I have pet insurance for such situations but they also refuse to take money from the insurer. I left the practice incredibly stressed and upset as did my animal and hope we never have to go back! We missed our transport due to the receptionist having a go at me and refusing to let me leave on time with my cat and we finished up outside in the pouring rain as another dog had just walked in and it wasn't safe for us to wait in the practice for a taxi, nor did I feel welcome to after the abuse from your staff. The practice cares more about money than pets. Made a complaint but manager hasn't contacted me to discuss and claimed to have lost my number when I emailed in about it.
