We just got a new rescue cat and asked them for an independent vet recommendation, so glad I did. Oak house in Carlton has been professional, knowledgeable, caring and all round great service so far. Highly recommend.

The team are all very caring and friendly. They have been fantastic to my Mum's dog Jake. He's been through alot recently and the team at Oak House Vets in Mapperley have been excellent. Jake loves going now which is really nice because we are not too worried leaving him. Thank you to all the team.

Going to the vets is expensive. Been using the branch on Mapperley Top for a long time and before that the one on Woodborough road. Never had any problems with any of them. This one on Station Road has an efficient courteous receptionist. The vet is friendly, sympathetic and quick which is what the cat wants! Will be back there in 3 weeks.

Really friendly and happy to answer the questions of a brand new puppy owner. Even though our little puppy hadn't been there before and was a little apprehensive to start with, and given the Covid restrictions I wasn't allowed to go in to help reassure him, he was delivered back to me full of enthusiasm and wanting to stay with his vetinary friends. Overall a good experience, even in these odd times!
