I know that vets are a business but you wouldn't know, the staff are so nice to people. Honestly I have been heartbroken & they cried with me & I've been so blessed & they have shared my joy. They have the personal touch that makes you feel like your not alone. All my animals have been treated with the best care. Gamston vets for pets is the best.

If I could give no stars I would. Do not trust this practice with your precious pet. They did not give us a good service at all, they are out for the money and the reception staff are appalling too. So rude. They don’t acknowledge you when you arrive and spend most of their time talking about personal issues or slating colleagues while I was waiting with my pet to be seen. I made a complaint about my pets care and received a blaming, non apology. I can’t be bothered to take it further as my priority is getting my pet better after their awful lack of care.

Been our vets for a number of years. All the staff have been great. Had to recently take my very poorly dog Tess who they got in straight away to assess. They were very thorough, patient and kind. unfortunately Tess had to be put to sleep which was done in our car. Thankyou to the lovely vet that made her passing peaceful and for the many years of looking after our lovely Tess.

If you want a personal and nice experience for your unwell pet, do not go to Gamston Vets for pets! Firstly the rudest receptionists I have ever come across. After calling repeatedly to try and get an appointment, when you eventually get through you are faced with the rudest and most unhelpful receptionists, you are purely just a number there and I felt every appointment was rushed. After reading many reviews left I feel reassured it wasn’t just my experience. I took my Dog there for the first 4 years of its life, we now ( thanks to a recommendation ) go to Rushcliffe vets, which is a whole different experience for myself and my beloved Dog.

I can’t put into words how grateful I am to you all for saving our dog. We brought her in just 10 minutes before closing as she was struggling to breathe and in such a bad way, and even though we’re not from the area, you didn’t hesitate to give her the emergency care she so desperately needed. You went above and beyond for her, and because of your kindness, skill, and dedication, she is still here with us today. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much — we will never forget what you did for us.

I can’t thank this vet enough. We walked in with just minutes to spare—both before they closed and before our dog was about to lose her life. We’re not even from the area or registered with them; we ran in right at closing time, and they didn’t ask a single question—just rushed her to the back and basically saved her life. I honestly can’t thank them enough. All of the staff were so lovely! I would 100% recommend this veterinary practice.

OMG. The standard of care is exceptional. Rushed in at 11:55am on a Saturday morning (5 mins before close) with my dog limping on his front leg. They looked at him in straight away, diagnosed a sprained elbow and gave me anti-inflammatory / painkiller drops. I can’t thank them enough !! 🥰🐕🐾
