I've been very impressed with the quality of service for the past few years. My dog has annual check ups and had two successful operations there. All staff and vets are friendly, helpful and caring. They went the extra mile to support my rescue dog who was anxious and needed to be left for an operation. His recent check up with Daria (vet) was thorough and caring giving me good advice on how to help my dog in older age. There is on site parking and a big enough waiting area / space to wait outside if needed. I think costs are reasonable. They are transparent and I have never felt pushed into anything that wasn't needed.

My dog has been a patient at Rushcliffe Veterinary Centre for nearly 3 years and I can’t praise their care & expertise enough. The vets (Daria & John), nurses & reception staff have treated both my dog & myself with compassion, always going the extra mile to ensure the highest standard of care throughout a complex treatment plan. Thank you so much 🐾

Never usually write reviews but I am so thankful! Today I took my cat, who has been a stray for most of his life, to get his claws trimmed. The drive is only 10 minutes but he hates travel and ended up having an accident in his cat carrier. The vet nurse cleaned him up and trimmed his claws all within 10 minutes! He is a very scared cat and can be very scratchy and bitey (even though he has one tooth!). She did an amazing job! I didn't catch the name of the vet nurse who saw him, but thank you so much!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jenny and the other vet who helped Captain today. My dog can be very nervous and sometimes becomes aggressive when he feels forced into something, so handling him especially for injections is never easy. But Jenny did an absolutely fantastic job. She used a calm, fear-free approach that made a big difference and managed to give the injection smoothly and with care.

I changed to this vet when I moved house, and with moving house comes the complication of local un-neutered Toms to 'discuss' territory with my own cat, so I've visited a couple more times than I'd have liked to! I've only ever visited during covid times, both for routine jabs (one of which my cat had been getting annually at the last place, which Rushcliffe advised was only necessary every second year) and for a couple of 'war wounds'. All the staff are so friendly whilst being efficient, and I trust them completely to take care of Monty while I wait in the car park. Would recommend, and have done.
