I taken my cat there multiple times as she was being sick and losing weight. She was very underweight. They told me she Is healthy. She was eating to many biscuits making her sick. I wasn't get anywhere with them and they was not listening to me. I took her for a second opinion she ended up having surgery to remove 3 large bladder stones and had a urine infection. She now on a special diet she gain weight and so playful now she is 11 years old. When I went to other vet they need to contact Caerwys in rhyl for history records. I had a nasty Receptionists having a go at me and told me I need to pick up there meds right now as they was sending them back even though I agreed to pick them up in a few days they also highter the price for them. I will never take my cats back there again. They was not going to help me with my cat all they Interested in is making money nothing else

After going through a traumatic time with the loss of our beloved dog at home, Caerwys we're amazing. In particular the receptionist who took the call from me. Her kind words and reassurance were heart felt. They allowed my daughter to spend some time saying goodbye and a short time later we received a card. For us it wasn't just a card it meant alot so a massive thank you. Highly recommend
