Excellent facilities and helpful staff from receptionists to nurses and vets. Kept me updated on the day of my dogs surgery. Been using this practice for years and facilities keep up with modern advances in pet care. Very impressed they have now reverted back to 24 hour care Never a problem in getting an appointment

I can’t help but leave a second review! Tom G is the most experienced gentle and caring vet I have ever met! Whenever I have any issues I know I can rely on Tom G to tend to my flock. He will always go that extra mile to help. I hope Tom knows how grateful we are! No issue is ever too small, he’s very understanding and lets us communicate through the Pets app to follow up on our pets health. 10/10 service, Tom G is an real asset to Ceder Vets. Thank you from Sana and the whole flock!!☺️

All the staff were amazing However I'm exceptionally disappointed that my insurance company still haven't had any communication via the portal. This will now evidently cause me problems next week, this on top of your pricing,

Recently joined the Alton practice after getting our Maine Coon kitten. Team are always fantastic, every vet/vet nurse I’ve spoke to is lovely and as are the reception team! Olive had her neutering recently and the team were great at answering all our questions and supporting us. Shout out to Iqra for always being great helping us and showering Olive with love on our visits.

Today our family faced the toughest decision, letting our little beloved dog Lennox go to heaven. We are so so greatful to the team at Cedar Vets in Alton for being there for us through this tough time. My family thanks you from the bottom of your hearts for all you did for Lennox.

Cedar Vets have never met me, nor my cat. He’s a happy healthy house cat and luckily we have never needed a vets visit. I called Cedars on Monday as I was concerned about his bowel movements. I cannot thank and praise the staff enough for the kindness and support they gave over the phone without even having met us. They were so reassuring, and every person I have spoken to this week have just been so welcoming and lovely to speak to. The problem cleared up today on its own, but I just cannot thank them enough for the support they gave me. They were professional, and provided such calming and caring voices which soothed the anxiety. They were willing to see us straight away whether that be at the vets or a home visit. They said they even have a calm cat corner for any anxious house cats! If I ever need to take my cat to a vet, it will always be here. My friend has said amazing things about them too as she uses them for her cats. Would highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff who helped coach me through this week, it’s appreciated more than you know!!

My cat Maverick was injured recently and the team at Cedar Vets Alton went above and beyond to help. Vet Tom very kindly stayed late and treated Mav, which I am so grateful for. And happy to say Mav is on the mend now! As a family, we have been with Cedar Vets for decades and they have treated all of our cats. Everyone is always so kind and caring. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I brought Daisy in for her first visit to get her second round of injections. It's a lovely Practice, plenty of parking and large waiting rooms. Sylvia was brilliant with Daisy and made a big fuss of her. Daisy was great not frightened at all. Thanks to all at the Alton Practice.

Very professional and friendly team. They are helpful at answering questions and explaining something if you don't understand it. The lifetime club, is a bonus and affordable! Making owning a pet and looking after them more affordable for the pet parent. Many thanks to you all at the Alton vets.
