Cedar Vets - Alresford

Great vets but the logistics of the team around them is poor. For instance, we have had numerous instances (3 occasions) of orders of Milebemax not being ready for collection when we arrive. Worse, the promises made to send the item onwards to our home has been forgotten. We have therefore now lost trust regarding their reliability.

Cedars has taken care of my complicated pooch for 15 years. They are amazing. We also love the care plan; it means I never second guess whether or not to take my dog in when I’m worried about something.

As always all staff at Cedar vets were wonderful. My dog was seen quickly and taken good care of. Although he doesn't like his trips to see the vet, I am always confident that he will be treated with utmost care and I will be given the best possible advice about his well-being. Thank you all Jean Frost (with Frosty)

I took Phoebe to see the vet for a check-up as she was off her food and was not putting weight on her front paws. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile and she was extremely polite and understood that Phoebe was a tipical terror, very yappy and loud. We waited outside until the vet was ready to see us because we didn't want to upset the other customers. The vet was examined Phoebe throughly. He informed me that her right paw was slightly inflamed and we could just rest her and see how she goes. Phoebe was uncomfortable whilst walking and we agreed that some pain relief would help. He reassured me that Phoebe was in good health. We can't thank Cedar vets enough for their excellent customer service and care.

The service at Cedar Vets is exceptional. Our elderly cat is not keen on her visits but she is treated with kindness, respect and tenderness. All the team are helpful and friendly.

The vets, nurses and reception staff at Cedar Vets are all really friendly, kind and professional. They always treat my dog very well, approaching her slowly and gently so as not to scare her. The diagnosis and treatment is proportionate and they always offer choices to help you manage the cost. They offer a great service to the community.

thank you, all good. I went to see the Vets as my Retriever had possible seed under her shoulder. this proved to not be a problem and the lovely vet checked her over, a Vet Check, and Zazie was fine. We left with a health scrub which was only a few pounds. Many thanks

Cedar are a wonderful practice Chucky had bad injury to his neck, they cleaned and stitched him perfectly he was so relaxed before and after care from to name a few Lucy , Maria basically all the staff nothing was to much trouble would recommend Alresford surgery 5* all the way thank you

Literally the best veterinary practice we have ever needed to attend. Lovely, helpful reception team, the most brilliant vet who had a gentle, calming way with our dog, quick treatment, good pricing. Thank you !

Another vouch for this incredible surgery! The receptionists are always happy to help and so friendly but the vets themselves are just the stars! I own a boarding company and any time I need any of my dogs to be seen, bam- were in within 4 hours! Amazing! Harry, my visitor was a little nervous of the vets but they respected him and was so gentle and calming it was beautiful to see. Honestly would never change my vets! Thank you!
