We had our Belgium malinois spayed and we were quite worried as she is a very very nervous dog. From day one of messaging to enquire everyone was so helpful, and as soon as we got there we felt so at ease. They let us bring her through the back as we had never taken her to a shop before and wasn’t sure how she would react. Emma and Katie were amazing, they were so calm and we had never felt so comfortable and had so much trust about leaving our dog with someone. I highly recommend!! They really are the best!!!

Took our sweetest Lilo in today and were extremely nervous as it was her first vet visit in a while and she's 21! The staff were absolutely brilliant, answered all of our questions and were so kind and patient with us! Even on the phone, we were helped by Lynsey and the team, helping us make an urgent appointment in such quick time. Thank you so much guys!

I'd just like to say a public thank you to the wonderful staff at Vets4Pets Chester Caldy for always making myself, my partner and our shy little cat (Roberta) feel welcome. She had a lot of health concerns, so we were regulars at the practice, and we were always treated with respect no matter how minor or major the issue was. When Roberta got put down, the staff were so lovely and gave me time to grieve before, during and after the euthanasia process. I couldn't have asked for better people to look after my little lady. I will be back if/when I get another cat :)

We often take our three cats to this vet and we’ve been really happy with the care. Dr Filiz has been especially kind, attentive and thorough. Two of our cats have needed frequent visits due to injuries and ongoing health issues, and she has always taken the time to explain things clearly and guide us on the next steps. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this practice.

The vet, nurses, and receptionists are all very friendly and very helpful. Have brought my kitten for a vaccination, and it went very smoothly, although Bamboo (kitten's name) just keeps meowing. Thankfully, the vets, nurses, and receptionists are all kind and haven't been affected by him and aren't mad at him. Overall experience is very great.

We've unfortunately been to this branch quite a lot for our dog Posie, however the staff there couldn't be better. Everyone we've dealt with over the last three or so years has been exceptional and friendly. Posie is quite popular and we often hear a happy reception when she's taken into the back for bloods or tests. They always do everything they can and even help with insurance claims. They break down options ahead of time and discuss the pros, cons and prices which is really helpful to get a clear picture of next steps. Toshi, Amy and Emma have been wonderful vets but everyone there is always great (we've just interacted with them the most!). Really appreciate the care they take with her and have no qualms going back or recommending them.
