Maciek is the best person to see for you animal. He saved my boy whippet with stem stell treatment. when no other vet would help him or even diagnose the problem. He has been living a full healthy life for the last 5 years after only being able to walk on 3 legs he has now full mobility and strong Years later I returned with my other dog with a infection in a fatty lump. He cleared her infection and removed the lump. His care is second to none. This man knows what he's doing and cares for animals. I wi8ll forever be grateful for what he has done for my little family If you need a true professional veterinary practitioner. He is your guy Thank you Leon Greenway

Our cat Spooky had to have both ears removed recently due to sun damage incurred while living outdoors as a stray. It was a very traumatic procedure and recovery for her but David and the team provided excellent care - for her and for us! She is still a little skittish and suspicious, but is otherwise virtually back to her old self, and rocking the earless look. Thank you all.

Fantastic practice, friendly and helpful staff & amazing vets! So happy that I moved my dog from another practice. Always helpful and so much care towards our fur babies! Totally recommend! ❤️🏴

Really friendly practice. Maciek is the best vet ever. He knows what his doing, how to help and advise. The prices are reasonable as well. I would highly recommend that practice.

I wanted to share my recent experience so anyone considering using this practice or any other Vets4Pets location, can do so with dome awareness. I have recently changed Vets to another practice in Caerphilly and the customer service and interest in my dog's health is far superior than anything received here. My concerns had been ongoing for a while as appointments seemed to be quick and felt like being rushed out the door. My major concerns surrounds the care plans provided. I add a care plan for 7 years and never missed any payments. Only when leaving for another Vets was it pointed out that a vaccination had falled outside of the annual plan period. It was outside by 5 days and at no point did anyone point out it was outside of the period, even when I made the appointment well within the required date. When I then requested my dogs records be passed to another practice, all of a sudden I was met with an invoice. I then had to chase clarity over this over several months with no reply other than to say I still owed an outstanding invoice. The service has been very poor, and I will certainly never use this practice again, or any practice run by Vets4pets.

Our cat was admitted for a oral surgery, vet Maciek took care of her, explained everything that was required and provided medication to support recovery, our cat was very well looked after by the staff during her stay. She recovered very quick. Highly recommend, Maciek is outstanding vet who cares for his patients.

Just went to get my dog toothpaste, flea and worming tablets, ( which they text me every month for ) no toothpaste, had flea treatment off the shelf £25. No worming tablets because my dog hasn’t seen the vet in a year so another charge of £50plus ( I can’t afford this ) so no worming tablets.. for a company who supposedly love animals what a rip off. I’m cancelling her registration.so one less piece of gold jewellery for the woman I spoke too…

The treatment over the last month of our family pet cat Daisy by vet Maciej has been 5 star. Nothing has been to much trouble and he has kept us informed of possible treatments and costs. The receptionist Debbie was also lovely and so kind to me when i was at the practice with Dausy being seen very quickly as an emergency.Although we very sadly lost Daisy to what was a thrombosis caused by the earlier trauma I cannot thank them enough. Maciej was so kind and thoughtful right up to the end. Caring and compassionate vet and staff for both pet owners and pets.

Brilliant vet, Majiec was really great with the spaniel we took here as a client. He looked at the best options for the pet and explained in detail everything we needed to know. The surgery was done and the spaniel really bounced back well. He healed really quickly and with the check ups Maciej was very thorough.
