We’ve had a great experience with our vet. Our toy poodle, Ollie, is always made to feel welcome and the staff are friendly and caring. When he was quite poorly, we were able to get an appointment quickly and they were a big help. We were also a bit concerned about his neutering, but they put us at ease and made the whole process smooth, with great aftercare. The clinic is clean and professional, and we always feel confident leaving Ollie in their hands.

We have been using Downland Vets for a number of years and are always happy with the service we receive from them. The staff are always friendly and helpful and we know our dogs are in good hands when we have to take them for a visit.

Bordon Downland vets. I have been using this practice for 10 years. The staff are so welcoming the moment you walk through the door. I always see the same vet David who is an excellent chap who puts you and your dog at ease, my dog is petrified of going to the vet but David always wins her over with his reassuring nature. I never have an issue with making an appointment and they let me know when vaccinations and health checks are due. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve been using downloads for years and specifically the bordon branch. David is fantastic, explains things so well not to scare or worry you. Which I personally appreciate as I’m a worrier! My dog is quite nervous and he’s been working so hard to bring his confidence up which is starting to pay off. Would 100% recommend and I have to numerous people!

Such a kind and professional team. Our vet David really Knows his stuff. He won't upsell you for profit, he's very realistic about the chance of treatments working and your options. Very kind, not snobby or superior at all! My boys get lots of attention at the vets 🥰
