Woodland Vet Centre - Liphook

Rang with an emergency and asked to come straight in, Bertie seen straight away even though I know I was fitted in between other people, treated, kept me updated to how he was and checked again this morning. All staff and vets are really kind and throughly explain everything. Thank you all.

I've been with this vets for years and recently seem to have changed and not for the good. High 'hidden' fees, such as administrative costs to rubber stamp your already submitted insurance claims (over £33 and not advertised anywhere in the clinic or online) prescription fees also incredibly high and not clearly advertised.

When my cat was attacked and injured, Woodland vets were so thorough and professional in their care of her. All the staff are kind, friendly and helpful, I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

Very happy with this veterinary centre. We are new to the area and they’ve made us feel very welcome and secure. They kept my cat safe, all staff have a pure love and care for animals and staff are always happy to help, communicating clearly in person as well as through email or phone. Thank you!

We called on Thursday to book an appointment for our regular cat check up, surprisingly they had space for the very next day. We confirmed the appointment and got told see you tomorrow. Upon arrival the receptionist who was the same person we spoke on the phone the previous day acted a bit suspiciously and said they don’t have the booking on the system as apparently this was an ongoing thing throughout the day. We asked if anyone would be available as myself and my partner left work early to make it to the appointment, but most importantly the cat gets very anxious when leaving the house, the entire experience makes his sick till the next day. No empathy or at least an effort was made to check with one of the vets if the cat could be seen. Extremely disappointed, no professionalism was shown even though the mistake was done on their end.

Excellent care and attention by Alina. Very professional and great communication.

Super lovely staff at Woodlands vets in Haslemere and Liphook (I have not been to the Midhurst one, but I'm sure they are lovely there too). I have a very anxious cat and they are always kind and patient with her and acomodating when we need to swap appointments. Really great service all round. Thank you.

Calm and pleasant doctor was able to carry out the examination on my old cat who does not like to be touched. To my surprise my cat did not hiss or scratch it was all good and we received an excellent care! Price was also within budged. 5 ⭐️
